La operaci\u00f3n alcanz\u00f3 un <strong>cup\u00f3n promedio del 5,93 %<\/strong> y permitir\u00e1 cubrir buena parte de las <strong>necesidades de financiamiento del pa\u00eds en 2026<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Seg\u00fan la cartera de Hacienda, el bono con <strong>vencimiento en 2029<\/strong> fue el m\u00e1s demandado, con una colocaci\u00f3n de <strong>2.000 millones de d\u00f3lares<\/strong> y una tasa del <strong>5,375 %<\/strong>. Los t\u00edtulos a <strong>2031 y 2033<\/strong> alcanzaron <strong>1.475 millones de d\u00f3lares<\/strong> cada uno, con cupones del <strong>6,125 %<\/strong> y <strong>6,500 %<\/strong>, respectivamente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La <strong>emisi\u00f3n despert\u00f3 un fuerte inter\u00e9s en los mercados internacionales<\/strong>, recibiendo <strong>\u00f3rdenes de compra por 23.200 millones de d\u00f3lares<\/strong> en su punto m\u00e1s alto, principalmente desde <strong>Reino Unido (47 %)<\/strong> y <strong>Estados Unidos (28 %)<\/strong>, adem\u00e1s de <strong>Colombia, Suiza, Emiratos \u00c1rabes y Per\u00fa<\/strong>. \u201cLa alta demanda refleja la confianza en el manejo responsable de las finanzas p\u00fablicas\u201d, afirm\u00f3 el <strong>ministro de Hacienda, Germ\u00e1n \u00c1vila<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por su parte, el <strong>director de Cr\u00e9dito P\u00fablico, Javier Cu\u00e9llar<\/strong>, destac\u00f3 que el r\u00e9cord alcanzado \u201ces resultado de la estrategia implementada durante 2025 para fortalecer la credibilidad y diversificaci\u00f3n de la deuda soberana\u201d. M\u00e1s de <strong>290 inversionistas<\/strong> participaron en la operaci\u00f3n, consolidando a Colombia como un <strong>emisor atractivo en los mercados globales<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pese al \u00e9xito de la colocaci\u00f3n, algunos analistas han advertido que el <strong>aumento del endeudamiento<\/strong> tanto en moneda extranjera como local \u2014a trav\u00e9s de las emisiones de <strong>T\u00edtulos de Tesorer\u00eda (TES)<\/strong>\u2014 podr\u00eda elevar el <strong>d\u00e9ficit fiscal<\/strong> y la <strong>deuda p\u00fablica<\/strong> del pa\u00eds.
