Con el prop\u00f3sito de fortalecer la convivencia y garantizar el cumplimiento del C\u00f3digo Nacional de Seguridad y Convivencia<\/strong>, la Alcald\u00eda de Neiva<\/strong>, a trav\u00e9s de la Secretar\u00eda de Gobierno<\/strong>, reactiv\u00f3 los operativos de control<\/strong> a establecimientos de comercio dedicados al expendio de licor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Durante las primeras dos semanas de enero de 2026, las inspecciones dejaron como resultado el cierre de cinco locales<\/strong> \u2014dos bares y tres puntos de venta de granizados\u2014 que incumpl\u00edan la normativa vigente, generando alteraciones al orden p\u00fablico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Estas acciones fueron lideradas por la Direcci\u00f3n de Justicia<\/strong>, en coordinaci\u00f3n con los Inspectores de Convivencia y Paz<\/strong> y el Grupo de Medidas Correctivas<\/strong> de la Polic\u00eda Metropolitana de Neiva<\/strong>, quienes verificaron el cumplimiento de los requisitos establecidos en la Ley 1801 de 2016<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
