En total, la producci\u00f3n nacional alcanz\u00f3 <strong>3,16 millones de toneladas de prote\u00edna<\/strong>, con un <strong>crecimiento del 9,1% respecto a 2024<\/strong>, y un valor total de <strong>$44,5 billones<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Seg\u00fan el presidente de Fenavi, <strong>Gonzalo Moreno<\/strong>, la producci\u00f3n de huevo lleg\u00f3 a <strong>19.402 millones de unidades<\/strong>, lo que permiti\u00f3 un consumo per c\u00e1pita de <strong>366 huevos<\/strong>. En cuanto al pollo, se produjeron <strong>2,003 millones de toneladas<\/strong>, con un consumo de <strong>37,8 kilogramos por persona<\/strong>. Estas cifras reflejan el impacto nutricional, la accesibilidad y la versatilidad de los productos av\u00edcolas en la dieta de las familias colombianas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El sector tambi\u00e9n ampli\u00f3 su cobertura en todo el pa\u00eds. En 2025, Colombia registr\u00f3 <strong>100 granjas av\u00edcolas<\/strong>, y el n\u00famero de municipios con presencia del sector pas\u00f3 de <strong>605 en 2023 a 657 en 2024<\/strong>, es decir, un incremento de 52 localidades. Este avance demuestra la consolidaci\u00f3n del sector en las regiones y su aporte al empleo rural.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Impacto de los bloqueos y resiliencia del sector<\/strong><br>Moreno record\u00f3 que, aunque los <strong>bloqueos viales de 2022<\/strong> afectaron la econom\u00eda av\u00edcola, el sector logr\u00f3 recuperarse plenamente. Sin embargo, advirti\u00f3 que los productores siguen en alerta ante posibles cierres de v\u00edas, ya que \u201c<strong>cualquier bloqueo afecta directamente a las 5.600 granjas<\/strong> que operan en el territorio nacional\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Expansi\u00f3n internacional y nuevas oportunidades<\/strong><br>El gremio contin\u00faa fortaleciendo su presencia en mercados internacionales. En los \u00faltimos dos a\u00f1os, Colombia export\u00f3 <strong>51,3 millones de huevos a Cuba<\/strong> y <strong>1.800 kilogramos de huevo en polvo<\/strong>, adem\u00e1s de <strong>27.144 kilogramos de carne de pollo a Jap\u00f3n<\/strong>.
