El sue\u00f1o de los habitantes del sector El Pinal<\/em> es hoy una realidad. Tras un a\u00f1o de gestiones, el asentamiento fue oficialmente legalizado, beneficiando a 148 familias que ahora forman parte del per\u00edmetro urbano de Neiva.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

El proceso comenz\u00f3 el 26 de septiembre de 2025 con la socializaci\u00f3n del proyecto ante la comunidad. Luego se efectu\u00f3 el censo de caracterizaci\u00f3n en mayo y, el 24 de octubre, se firm\u00f3 el acta que dio inicio al tr\u00e1mite de legalizaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Con la aprobaci\u00f3n de los planos de diagn\u00f3stico y el respaldo de los vecinos, el procedimiento concluy\u00f3 con la Resoluci\u00f3n 0109 del 17 de diciembre de 2025, que otorg\u00f3 a El Pinal<\/em> su reconocimiento legal y urban\u00edstico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cEste es un paso hist\u00f3rico para Neiva. El Pinal se convierte en un barrio formal, con acceso a derechos urbanos y servicios\u201d, afirm\u00f3 Marwin Victoria, secretario de Vivienda y H\u00e1bitat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La presidenta de la Junta de Acci\u00f3n Comunal, Mar\u00eda Constanza Trujillo Yara, celebr\u00f3 el logro: \u201cDespu\u00e9s de 25 a\u00f1os de espera, el alcalde nos cumpli\u00f3. Ahora vienen los beneficios y el progreso para nuestras familias\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

El alcalde Germ\u00e1n Casagua Bonilla resalt\u00f3 que la Administraci\u00f3n Municipal seguir\u00e1 impulsando la legalizaci\u00f3n de asentamientos como parte del compromiso de dignificar la vivienda y promover el desarrollo ordenado de la ciudad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
