{"id":92522,"date":"2026-01-20T04:38:20","date_gmt":"2026-01-20T09:38:20","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/editor\/?p=92522"},"modified":"2026-01-20T04:38:21","modified_gmt":"2026-01-20T09:38:21","slug":"cambios-en-el-cti","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/editor\/cambios-en-el-cti\/","title":{"rendered":"Cambios en el CTI"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Por disposici\u00f3n de la fiscal general de la Naci\u00f3n, <strong>Luz Adriana Camargo<\/strong>, dej\u00f3 su cargo el director del <strong>Cuerpo T\u00e9cnico de Investigaci\u00f3n (CTI)<\/strong>, <strong>Fabi\u00e1n Ord\u00f3\u00f1ez<\/strong>, quien durante los dos primeros a\u00f1os de la actual administraci\u00f3n lider\u00f3 las principales investigaciones judiciales del pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ord\u00f3\u00f1ez estuvo al frente de casos de alto impacto como el <strong>esc\u00e1ndalo de corrupci\u00f3n en la Unidad Nacional para la Gesti\u00f3n del Riesgo de Desastres (UNGRD)<\/strong>, el <strong>magnicidio de Miguel Uribe<\/strong>, y el conocido episodio de <strong>las frambuesas envenenadas<\/strong>, entre otros procesos desarrollados con apoyo de la Polic\u00eda Judicial de la Fiscal\u00eda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La decisi\u00f3n se produce tras la designaci\u00f3n del <strong>general retirado de la Polic\u00eda Nacional, Jos\u00e9 Luis Ram\u00edrez Hinestroza<\/strong>, quien asumir\u00e1 la direcci\u00f3n del CTI con el prop\u00f3sito de fortalecer las capacidades investigativas y operativas del organismo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ram\u00edrez Hinestroza se retir\u00f3 del servicio activo el <strong>14 de febrero de 2025<\/strong>, despu\u00e9s de <strong>33 a\u00f1os de trayectoria<\/strong> en la Polic\u00eda Nacional. Su \u00faltimo cargo fue como <strong>director de la Jefatura Nacional del Servicio de Polic\u00eda<\/strong>, una de las posiciones m\u00e1s estrat\u00e9gicas dentro de la instituci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Durante su carrera comand\u00f3 unidades como las <strong>polic\u00edas de Quind\u00edo y Casanare<\/strong>, y dirigi\u00f3 la <strong>Unidad de Di\u00e1logo y Mantenimiento del Orden<\/strong>, encargada de la gesti\u00f3n de protestas y el control del orden p\u00fablico.
