Desde este 24 y hasta el 31 de enero se llevar\u00e1 a cabo la socializaci\u00f3n del proyecto de mejoramiento de las condiciones agron\u00f3micas de los suelos<\/strong> para aumentar la productividad cafetera del Huila, una iniciativa que beneficiar\u00e1 a 4.720 peque\u00f1os productores<\/strong> en 17 municipios del departamento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

El Huila, l\u00edder nacional en producci\u00f3n de caf\u00e9 desde hace m\u00e1s de una d\u00e9cada, alcanz\u00f3 en 2025 una cifra hist\u00f3rica de 2.523.904 sacos de 60 kilos<\/strong>, equivalentes al 19,65 % de la cosecha nacional<\/strong>. Para sostener este liderazgo, el Gobierno Huila Grande<\/strong>, en alianza con la Federaci\u00f3n Nacional de Cafeteros<\/strong>, impulsa nuevos proyectos que fortalecen la productividad y agregan valor a la cadena cafetera.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

El nuevo programa, denominado \u201cMejoramiento de las condiciones agron\u00f3micas de los suelos para el incremento de la productividad cafetera del departamento del Huila\u201d<\/strong>, est\u00e1 enfocado en la correcci\u00f3n de la acidez de los suelos<\/strong> y la implementaci\u00f3n de planes de fertilizaci\u00f3n<\/strong>, buscando mejorar la nutrici\u00f3n de los cafetales y aumentar el rendimiento por hect\u00e1rea.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

El proyecto, con una inversi\u00f3n de $3.880 millones<\/strong>, contempla el suministro de 4.720 toneladas de enmiendas agr\u00edcolas<\/strong> (cales con potasio y magnesio) y 472 toneladas de fertilizantes<\/strong> tipo 23-4-20-3. La estrategia beneficiar\u00e1 a productores con \u00e1reas de siembra entre 0,5 y 1,5 hect\u00e1reas en municipios como Acevedo, Garz\u00f3n, Pitalito, Suaza, Palestina, Tarqui, Teruel<\/strong>, entre otros.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Adem\u00e1s, contar\u00e1 con acompa\u00f1amiento t\u00e9cnico especializado<\/strong> para garantizar la correcta aplicaci\u00f3n de las fertienmiendas y maximizar el impacto del proyecto en los suelos cafeteros. Esta propuesta se fundamenta en estudios previos realizados por Cenicaf\u00e9<\/strong> y la Gobernaci\u00f3n del Huila, que permitieron identificar los suelos m\u00e1s \u00e1cidos del departamento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Las jornadas de socializaci\u00f3n se realizar\u00e1n del 24 al 31 de enero. Este fin de semana se llevar\u00e1n a cabo en Pitalito, Palestina, Acevedo y Teruel<\/strong>, mientras que el martes 27 ser\u00e1 el turno de Santa Mar\u00eda<\/strong>. Las fechas restantes en las subregiones centro, norte y occidente se difundir\u00e1n por los canales oficiales de la Gobernaci\u00f3n del Huila<\/strong> y los enlaces agropecuarios municipales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
