{"id":9277,"date":"2021-01-23T05:19:34","date_gmt":"2021-01-23T10:19:34","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/?p=9277"},"modified":"2021-01-23T05:19:35","modified_gmt":"2021-01-23T10:19:35","slug":"neivanos-a-portar-el-casco","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/editor\/neivanos-a-portar-el-casco\/","title":{"rendered":"Neivanos a portar el casco"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>A partir de este hoy&nbsp;<strong>empezar\u00e1 a regir la Resoluci\u00f3n 23385 de 2020 del Ministerio de Transporte en todo el territorio nacional;&nbsp;<\/strong>a trav\u00e9s de la cual se establecen las<strong>&nbsp;condiciones m\u00ednimas de uso del casco protector para los conductores<\/strong>&nbsp;y acompa\u00f1antes de veh\u00edculos tipo motocicletas, motociclos, mototriciclos, motocarros y cuatrimotos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para ello&nbsp;<strong>se establecen tres disposiciones m\u00ednimas,<\/strong>&nbsp;las cuales deben cumplir quienes se movilizan en este tipo de medio de transporte; entre ellas, la protecci\u00f3n total de la cabeza, la no utilizaci\u00f3n de sistemas m\u00f3viles de comunicaci\u00f3n o tel\u00e9fonos que se interpongan entre la cabeza y el casco, y en el caso de cascos con cubierta facial inferior movible (abatibles), \u00e9sta siempre debe ir cerrada y asegurada durante el tr\u00e1nsito.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para ello,<strong>&nbsp;la Secretar\u00eda de Movilidad de Neiva, iniciar\u00e1 a partir de hoy estrictos controles en diferentes zonas de la ciudad&nbsp;<\/strong>con el fin de velar por el cumplimiento de dicha norma que busca disminuir el riesgo, la gravedad de los traumatismos y muertes provocadas por los accidentes de tr\u00e1nsito en donde se ven involucrados estos veh\u00edculos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cNosotros aplicaremos esta norma con&nbsp;<strong>diferentes controles por toda la ciudad,<\/strong>&nbsp;vamos a ir haci\u00e9ndolo aleatoriamente, tenemos unos fijos aparte de las condiciones que ya est\u00e1n establecidas en los decretos municipales en los que tambi\u00e9n exigiremos esta Resoluci\u00f3n\u201d resalt\u00f3 Elberto Garavito, secretario de Movilidad de Neiva.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Estos controles, seg\u00fan resalt\u00f3 el funcionario,&nbsp;<strong>estar\u00e1n acompa\u00f1ados de un componente educativo<\/strong>&nbsp;a trav\u00e9s del cual, desde el a\u00f1o pasado la Secretar\u00eda de Movilidad ha realizado importantes campa\u00f1as con la comunidad acerca de la importancia de la seguridad vial, incluido, el uso adecuado de este importante elemento de protecci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Es importante resaltar que, seg\u00fan lo establecido en la Resoluci\u00f3n emitida a finales del 2020 por el Ministerio de Transporte,<strong>&nbsp;el incumplimiento de esta medida, dar\u00e1 lugar a la inmovilizaci\u00f3n del veh\u00edculo, as\u00ed como una multa de 15 salarios m\u00ednimos diarios legales vigentes.<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>A partir de este hoy&nbsp;empezar\u00e1 a regir la Resoluci\u00f3n 23385 de 2020 del Ministerio de Transporte en todo el territorio nacional;&nbsp;a trav\u00e9s de la cual se establecen las&nbsp;condiciones m\u00ednimas de uso del casco protector para los conductores&nbsp;y acompa\u00f1antes de veh\u00edculos tipo motocicletas, motociclos, mototriciclos, motocarros y cuatrimotos.
