La decisi\u00f3n fue confirmada este lunes por la <strong>ministra de Ambiente y Energ\u00eda, In\u00e9s Manzano<\/strong>, quien explic\u00f3 que la nueva tarifa rige desde el viernes pasado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Seg\u00fan Manzano, el incremento responde a un acto de \u201c<strong>reciprocidad<\/strong>\u201d tras la <strong>suspensi\u00f3n de la venta de energ\u00eda<\/strong> que Colombia decret\u00f3 en respuesta a los <strong>aranceles del 30 %<\/strong> que Ecuador impuso a las importaciones colombianas. El presidente <strong>Daniel Noboa<\/strong> anunci\u00f3 estos aranceles la semana pasada, alegando una \u201cfalta de apoyo\u201d del gobierno de <strong>Gustavo Petro<\/strong> en la lucha contra el narcotr\u00e1fico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Inicialmente, la ministra hab\u00eda se\u00f1alado que la modificaci\u00f3n afectar\u00eda al transporte de crudo colombiano por el <strong>Oleoducto de Crudos Pesados (OCP)<\/strong>; sin embargo, este lunes aclar\u00f3 que el ajuste se aplicar\u00e1 sobre el <strong>Sote<\/strong>, operado por <strong>Petroecuador<\/strong>, por donde se moviliza el petr\u00f3leo de <strong>Ecopetrol<\/strong>, mientras que el OCP transporta crudo de empresas privadas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cEcuador le est\u00e1 prestando un servicio important\u00edsimo a Ecopetrol\u201d, afirm\u00f3 Manzano, al referirse al rol del Sote en el traslado del crudo colombiano hacia la costa del Pac\u00edfico. La disputa comercial comenz\u00f3 el mi\u00e9rcoles pasado, cuando Noboa anunci\u00f3 la creaci\u00f3n de una <strong>\u2018tasa de seguridad\u2019 del 30 %<\/strong> a los productos colombianos, la cual se mantendr\u00e1 hasta que Bogot\u00e1 muestre un \u201ccompromiso real\u201d para enfrentar el narcotr\u00e1fico y la miner\u00eda ilegal en la frontera.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En respuesta, el Gobierno colombiano aplic\u00f3 un <strong>gravamen del 30 % a veinte productos ecuatorianos<\/strong> y suspendi\u00f3 la venta de energ\u00eda. Mientras tanto, Ecuador confirm\u00f3 haber recibido una <strong>propuesta de reuni\u00f3n de Colombia para el 25 de febrero<\/strong>, aunque el gobierno de Noboa busca adelantar el encuentro.
