La congresista alert\u00f3 que el n\u00famero de pacientes con dificultades para acceder a tratamientos pas\u00f3 de <strong>30.000 a m\u00e1s de 205.000<\/strong>, lo que refleja un deterioro alarmante en el sistema de salud.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De acuerdo con una gr\u00e1fica publicada por Arbel\u00e1ez en su cuenta de <strong>X (antes Twitter)<\/strong>, actualmente <strong>15 medicamentos se encuentran desabastecidos<\/strong>. Entre los m\u00e1s cr\u00edticos figuran la <strong>fenito\u00edna<\/strong> (para epilepsia y convulsiones), <strong>nifedipino<\/strong> (para hipertensi\u00f3n y partos prematuros), <strong>metilergometrina<\/strong> (para hemorragias posparto), <strong>fampridina<\/strong> (para esclerosis m\u00faltiple), <strong>penicilina V<\/strong>, <strong>quinapril<\/strong> y <strong>triamcinolona inyectable<\/strong>. Adem\u00e1s, otros <strong>nueve f\u00e1rmacos est\u00e1n en riesgo<\/strong>, entre ellos el <strong>candesart\u00e1n con hidroclorotiazida<\/strong>, el <strong>rocuronio bromuro<\/strong> \u2014clave en cirug\u00edas e intubaciones\u2014 y la <strong>olanzapina inyectable<\/strong>, usada en crisis psiqui\u00e1tricas severas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La congresista tambi\u00e9n revel\u00f3 que, con corte a <strong>septiembre de 2025<\/strong>, se han registrado <strong>205.542 reclamos en salud<\/strong> ante el Invima. A estas cifras se suman las advertencias de la <strong>Anif<\/strong>, que report\u00f3 un <strong>aumento del 80 % en las quejas<\/strong>, y de la <strong>Acemi<\/strong>, que document\u00f3 <strong>1,7 millones de reclamos<\/strong> en el \u00faltimo a\u00f1o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Seg\u00fan Arbel\u00e1ez, cerca de <strong>1,3 millones de pacientes<\/strong> podr\u00edan quedarse sin tratamientos de <strong>alto costo<\/strong>, lo que pondr\u00eda en riesgo la atenci\u00f3n de miles de personas con enfermedades cr\u00f3nicas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La representante advirti\u00f3 adem\u00e1s que el <strong>d\u00e9ficit financiero del sistema de salud supera los 32 billones de pesos<\/strong>, una situaci\u00f3n que, afirm\u00f3, amenaza la sostenibilidad del sistema y la garant\u00eda efectiva del <strong>derecho a la salud en Colombia<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Colombia atraviesa un grave desabastecimiento de medicamentos, seg\u00fan denunci\u00f3 la representante a la C\u00e1mara Carolina Arbel\u00e1ez Giraldo, con base en datos oficiales del Invima.
