{"id":92976,"date":"2026-01-28T11:08:14","date_gmt":"2026-01-28T16:08:14","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/editor\/?p=92976"},"modified":"2026-01-28T11:08:15","modified_gmt":"2026-01-28T16:08:15","slug":"abren-investigacion-contra-lucho-herrera-y-su-hermano","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/editor\/abren-investigacion-contra-lucho-herrera-y-su-hermano\/","title":{"rendered":"Abren investigaci\u00f3n contra Lucho Herrera y su hermano"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>M\u00e1s de veinte a\u00f1os despu\u00e9s de la desaparici\u00f3n de cuatro ciudadanos en zona rural de <strong>Fusagasug\u00e1 (Cundinamarca)<\/strong>, la <strong>Fiscal\u00eda General de la Naci\u00f3n<\/strong> decidi\u00f3 abrir una <strong>investigaci\u00f3n formal<\/strong> contra <strong>Luis Alberto Herrera Herrera<\/strong> y <strong>Rafael Herrera Herrera<\/strong>, se\u00f1alados de haber participado en estos hechos ocurridos el <strong>23 de octubre de 2002<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Las indagaciones apuntan a que los hermanos habr\u00edan contactado a miembros de las extintas <strong>Autodefensas Campesinas del Casanare<\/strong>, grupo armado ilegal con influencia en el <strong>Sumapaz<\/strong>, para que retuvieran a las v\u00edctimas, todas vecinas de predios cercanos a las propiedades de la familia Herrera Herrera.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De las cuatro personas desaparecidas, <strong>dos fueron halladas sin vida en 2008<\/strong> en <strong>Silvania (Cundinamarca)<\/strong>. Sin embargo, solo hasta <strong>diciembre de 2025<\/strong> sus restos pudieron ser entregados a los familiares, luego del proceso de identificaci\u00f3n adelantado por el <strong>GRUBE<\/strong>. La b\u00fasqueda de las otras dos v\u00edctimas contin\u00faa, m\u00e1s de dos d\u00e9cadas despu\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La <strong>indagatoria<\/strong> contra los hermanos Herrera fue programada para el <strong>6 de febrero<\/strong>, en la que deber\u00e1n responder por el delito de <strong>desaparici\u00f3n forzada<\/strong>.
