Hasta el momento no se han identificado fallas estructurales en vuelo ni fuego previo al impacto; el incendio se produjo posteriormente, como consecuencia del da\u00f1o en los tanques de combustible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El documento confirma que la aeronave se encontraba <strong>aeronavegable<\/strong>, cumpl\u00eda con los requisitos t\u00e9cnicos exigidos para su operaci\u00f3n y volaba bajo reglas visuales (VFR). No dispon\u00eda de registradores de voz o datos de vuelo, ya que la normativa vigente no exige su instalaci\u00f3n para ese tipo de aeronaves.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De cara al <strong>informe final<\/strong>, cuya publicaci\u00f3n se prev\u00e9 en aproximadamente ocho d\u00edas, los investigadores eval\u00faan varios elementos adicionales, entre ellos la documentaci\u00f3n de la aseguradora, los diagn\u00f3sticos t\u00e9cnicos previos al vuelo y los procedimientos de mantenimiento recientes. Uno de los puntos en an\u00e1lisis es la identificaci\u00f3n del \u00faltimo mec\u00e1nico u organizaci\u00f3n que autoriz\u00f3 la aeronave para operar y las condiciones bajo las cuales se otorg\u00f3 dicho aval t\u00e9cnico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La <strong>DIACC<\/strong> mantiene bajo custodia los restos de la aeronave, que a\u00fan son objeto de inspecci\u00f3n detallada. Los motores y h\u00e9lices ser\u00e1n enviados a <strong>Estados Unidos<\/strong> para una revisi\u00f3n especializada con participaci\u00f3n de autoridades colombianas y fabricantes, con el fin de analizar su rendimiento y funcionamiento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Las autoridades recordaron que, conforme al <strong>Anexo 13 de la OACI<\/strong>, la investigaci\u00f3n no busca establecer responsabilidades penales, sino <strong>prevenir futuros accidentes<\/strong>.
