El objetivo \u2014dijo\u2014 es <strong>proteger los derechos de la poblaci\u00f3n civil y garantizar la seguridad de la Fuerza P\u00fablica<\/strong> ante la utilizaci\u00f3n de estos dispositivos con fines terroristas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En ese sentido, el <strong>Ministerio de Defensa Nacional<\/strong>, junto con las <strong>Fuerzas Militares, la Aeron\u00e1utica Civil y la DIAN<\/strong>, identificaron la necesidad de establecer <strong>controles m\u00e1s estrictos para el ingreso de drones, sus partes y repuestos al pa\u00eds<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>S\u00e1nchez explic\u00f3 que, mediante la <strong>Resoluci\u00f3n 000242 de 2025<\/strong>, ya en vigor, se exige la <strong>presentaci\u00f3n anticipada de la declaraci\u00f3n de importaci\u00f3n<\/strong> para las partidas arancelarias <strong>88.06 y 88.07<\/strong>, que corresponden a aeronaves no tripuladas y sus componentes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, el Gobierno determin\u00f3 que la <strong>importaci\u00f3n de drones solo podr\u00e1 realizarse por los puertos de Cartagena y el Aeropuerto Internacional El Dorado de Bogot\u00e1<\/strong>, y prohibi\u00f3 su ingreso mediante <strong>tr\u00e1fico postal o env\u00edos urgentes<\/strong>, por el alto riesgo que representan para la seguridad y la defensa nacional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cEstas acciones hacen parte de una <strong>estrategia integral para quitarle espacios a la criminalidad<\/strong> y reforzar la capacidad institucional, garantizando que los sistemas de aeronaves no tripuladas ingresen bajo <strong>estrictos est\u00e1ndares de control y supervisi\u00f3n<\/strong>, evitando su uso en acciones terroristas contra la poblaci\u00f3n y la Fuerza P\u00fablica\u201d, concluy\u00f3 el ministro S\u00e1nchez.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El ministro de Defensa, Pedro S\u00e1nchez, anunci\u00f3 nuevas medidas para fortalecer la prevenci\u00f3n, el control y la mitigaci\u00f3n de riesgos relacionados con el uso il\u00edcito de drones por parte de estructuras criminales.
