M\u00e1s de 250 murales ambientales<\/strong> se han creado en el Huila durante los \u00faltimos cuatro a\u00f1os, en el marco de una estrategia de educaci\u00f3n impulsada por la Corporaci\u00f3n Aut\u00f3noma Regional del Alto Magdalena (CAM)<\/strong>. El objetivo: fortalecer la conciencia ambiental, promover la conservaci\u00f3n de la biodiversidad y resaltar la riqueza natural del territorio<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Esta iniciativa, que la CAM lidera desde 2022, se ha consolidado como una herramienta pedag\u00f3gica que conecta a las comunidades con los valores ambientales del departamento, a trav\u00e9s del arte. En los murales, elaborados en instituciones educativas, espacios p\u00fablicos y sedes oficiales, se retratan especies end\u00e9micas, amenazadas y emblem\u00e1ticas del Huila<\/strong>, como el oso de anteojos, la danta de monta\u00f1a, el jaguar, el caim\u00e1n del Magdalena, la nutria y diversas aves propias de la regi\u00f3n<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cDesde el a\u00f1o 2022, la CAM viene impulsando una estrategia innovadora que busca dar a conocer la biodiversidad del Huila y fortalecer las acciones de conservaci\u00f3n en \u00e1reas protegidas y ecosistemas estrat\u00e9gicos\u201d, explic\u00f3 Duv\u00e1n Estrada<\/strong>, maestro en arte y muralista de la entidad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

El muralismo ambiental<\/strong> se desarrolla mediante un proceso participativo<\/strong>, en el que intervienen estudiantes, docentes, colectivos ambientales, comunidades locales y entidades p\u00fablicas<\/strong>. Esta articulaci\u00f3n fortalece el sentido de pertenencia, el reconocimiento del territorio y la corresponsabilidad frente al cuidado del patrimonio natural. \u201cEs un proceso que consolida los esfuerzos de conservaci\u00f3n en los municipios y resalta el valor de los ecosistemas que benefician a las comunidades\u201d, a\u00f1adi\u00f3 Estrada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

En el marco de la conmemoraci\u00f3n de la educaci\u00f3n ambiental, la CAM reafirma el papel del arte como un aliado de la sensibilizaci\u00f3n y la acci\u00f3n ambiental<\/strong>. Con esta experiencia, la entidad se posiciona como pionera en la integraci\u00f3n entre arte, conocimiento ecol\u00f3gico y participaci\u00f3n ciudadana<\/strong>, invitando a instituciones p\u00fablicas y privadas a sumarse a estas iniciativas culturales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cLa conservaci\u00f3n del medio ambiente es una tarea que nos compete a todos. El arte potencia los mensajes ambientales y genera conciencia sobre la importancia de proteger nuestros ecosistemas y la biodiversidad del Huila\u201d, concluy\u00f3 el muralista.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
