Con la presencia del brigadier general Warlinton Iv\u00e1n Gualdr\u00f3n Gualdr\u00f3n, jefe nacional del Servicio de Polic\u00eda, se clausur\u00f3 en Neiva el Seminario de Comandantes de Estaci\u00f3n. El evento cont\u00f3 adem\u00e1s con la participaci\u00f3n del coronel Carlos Eduardo T\u00e9llez Betancourt, del coronel H\u00e9ctor Jairo Betancourt Rojas, comandante de la Polic\u00eda Metropolitana de Neiva, y del alcalde de la ciudad, Germ\u00e1n Casagua Bonilla.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Durante el encuentro, que reuni\u00f3 a comandantes de estaci\u00f3n del departamento y del \u00e1rea metropolitana, se fortalecieron competencias en liderazgo, planeaci\u00f3n del servicio, an\u00e1lisis territorial y gesti\u00f3n comunitaria. Estas acciones se enmarcan en el Modelo de Polic\u00eda Orientado a las Personas y los Territorios, que busca un servicio m\u00e1s cercano, preventivo y articulado con la comunidad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Las autoridades destacaron el papel estrat\u00e9gico de los comandantes de estaci\u00f3n como l\u00edderes de proximidad y garantes de la seguridad y la convivencia ciudadana. Su labor, afirmaron, es clave para la implementaci\u00f3n de pol\u00edticas locales de seguridad y la consolidaci\u00f3n de territorios en paz.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Durante la jornada tambi\u00e9n se resalt\u00f3 la importancia de la Red de Comandantes de Estaci\u00f3n, concebida como una herramienta para el intercambio de experiencias, la replicaci\u00f3n de buenas pr\u00e1cticas y la toma de decisiones oportunas frente a las din\u00e1micas de seguridad en zonas urbanas y rurales del Huila.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
