La decisi\u00f3n qued\u00f3 consignada en la Resoluci\u00f3n 1117 de 2026, con la que se certific\u00f3 que el grupo cumple con todos los requisitos legales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Con este aval, la entidad autoriz\u00f3 el inicio del proceso de recolecci\u00f3n de firmas en todo el pa\u00eds, paso clave para que la propuesta pueda avanzar hacia una eventual convocatoria de la Constituyente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El ministro del Trabajo, Antonio Sanguino, quien acompa\u00f1\u00f3 la creaci\u00f3n del comit\u00e9, celebr\u00f3 la decisi\u00f3n y llam\u00f3 a los colombianos a sumarse al proceso. \u201cSe activa as\u00ed una iniciativa ciudadana que expresa el cansancio frente al bloqueo institucional y la necesidad de abrir, por v\u00edas democr\u00e1ticas y legales, un debate de fondo sobre las transformaciones y reformas que el pa\u00eds reclama\u201d, afirm\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Seg\u00fan la Registradur\u00eda, el comit\u00e9 cuenta con un plazo de seis meses para reunir al menos el 5 % del censo electoral, equivalente a unas 2.050.000 firmas.
