En un acto protocolario realizado en Bogot\u00e1, el abogado huilense y docente de la Escuela Superior de Administraci\u00f3n P\u00fablica (ESAP), Breidy Fernando Castro (segundo de izquierda a derecha en la foto principal) <\/strong>, asumi\u00f3 en propiedad como nuevo Director Territorial de la ESAP para los departamentos de Huila, Caquet\u00e1 y Bajo Putumayo<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

El nombramiento fue oficializado por el director general de la entidad, Jorge Iv\u00e1n Bula<\/strong>, quien resalt\u00f3 la trayectoria acad\u00e9mica y profesional de Castro Campos, as\u00ed como su compromiso con la formaci\u00f3n y asesoramiento a las entidades p\u00fablicas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

El nuevo director anunci\u00f3 que uno de sus principales retos ser\u00e1 fortalecer los tres ejes misionales de la ESAP<\/strong> \u2014formaci\u00f3n, investigaci\u00f3n y proyecci\u00f3n institucional\u2014, ampliando la oferta acad\u00e9mica y articulando los procesos de investigaci\u00f3n con un enfoque de proyecci\u00f3n social. \u201cQueremos fortalecer las capacitaciones a los servidores p\u00fablicos y a la ciudadan\u00eda, consolidando una escuela con impacto territorial\u201d, se\u00f1al\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Castro destac\u00f3 que su gesti\u00f3n buscar\u00e1 visibilizar la presencia de la ESAP en el territorio<\/strong> y convertirla en un actor clave en la construcci\u00f3n de tejido social y en la consolidaci\u00f3n de la paz en los tres departamentos bajo su jurisdicci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Abogado egresado de la ESAP y de la Universidad Surcolombiana<\/strong>, cuenta con especializaci\u00f3n en Derecho Privado, maestr\u00edas en Derecho P\u00fablico (Universidad Externado de Colombia) y en Derecho Privado (Universidad Surcolombiana), adem\u00e1s de cursar estudios doctorales en Derecho Constitucional. Es el primer egresado del CETAP Neiva<\/strong> en ser nombrado director en propiedad de la Territorial Huila, Caquet\u00e1 y Bajo Putumayo, y desde 2013 ha estado vinculado a la instituci\u00f3n como docente y asesor en gesti\u00f3n p\u00fablica.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
