{"id":93217,"date":"2026-02-02T04:25:26","date_gmt":"2026-02-02T09:25:26","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/editor\/?p=93217"},"modified":"2026-02-02T04:25:27","modified_gmt":"2026-02-02T09:25:27","slug":"mas-liberaciones-de-presos-politicos-en-venezuela","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/editor\/mas-liberaciones-de-presos-politicos-en-venezuela\/","title":{"rendered":"M\u00e1s liberaciones de presos pol\u00edticos en Venezuela"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>La ONG <strong>Foro Penal<\/strong> confirm\u00f3 este domingo, a trav\u00e9s de su cuenta en X, que ha verificado la <strong>excarcelaci\u00f3n de 344 presos pol\u00edticos en Venezuela<\/strong> desde el pasado 8 de enero, tras el anuncio de un plan de liberaciones por parte de las autoridades nacionales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La organizaci\u00f3n aclar\u00f3 que estas excarcelaciones no significan una <strong>liberaci\u00f3n plena<\/strong>, ya que a los beneficiados se les otorgaron medidas sustitutivas a la privaci\u00f3n de libertad. Entre estas restricciones figuran la prohibici\u00f3n de salir del pa\u00eds, la limitaci\u00f3n para declarar p\u00fablicamente sobre sus casos y la obligaci\u00f3n de presentarse peri\u00f3dicamente ante tribunales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Entre los liberados este domingo estuvo <strong>Javier Tarazona<\/strong>, director de la ONG Fundaredes, quien pas\u00f3 m\u00e1s de cuatro a\u00f1os detenido bajo acusaciones de incitaci\u00f3n al odio, terrorismo y \u201ctraici\u00f3n a la patria\u201d. Tarazona fue arrestado en julio de 2021 tras denunciar persecuci\u00f3n por parte de agentes de seguridad, seg\u00fan informes de organizaciones de derechos humanos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tambi\u00e9n sali\u00f3 en libertad el m\u00e9dico <strong>Pedro Fern\u00e1ndez<\/strong>, detenido en octubre pasado en el estado M\u00e9rida, un d\u00eda despu\u00e9s de la canonizaci\u00f3n de Jos\u00e9 Gregorio Hern\u00e1ndez y Carmen Rendiles. Su detenci\u00f3n hab\u00eda sido denunciada por el Comit\u00e9 por la Libertad de los Presos Pol\u00edticos como ocurrida sin orden judicial y a manos de \u201chombres encapuchados\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El proceso de excarcelaciones se enmarca en un contexto pol\u00edtico marcado por el anuncio, el pasado viernes, de una <strong>ley de amnist\u00eda para presos pol\u00edticos<\/strong> detenidos desde 1999 hasta la actualidad, propuesta por la presidenta encargada de Venezuela, <strong>Delcy Rodr\u00edguez<\/strong>.
