{"id":93319,"date":"2026-02-04T04:18:57","date_gmt":"2026-02-04T09:18:57","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/editor\/?p=93319"},"modified":"2026-02-04T04:18:58","modified_gmt":"2026-02-04T09:18:58","slug":"el-plan-b-de-ivan-cepeda","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/editor\/el-plan-b-de-ivan-cepeda\/","title":{"rendered":"El plan B de Iv\u00e1n Cepeda"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>El candidato presidencial <strong>Iv\u00e1n Cepeda<\/strong> anunci\u00f3 este 3 de febrero que, si no es incluido en la consulta del <strong>Frente por la Vida<\/strong>, se retirar\u00e1 del proceso junto con el <strong>Pacto Hist\u00f3rico<\/strong> y presentar\u00e1 su candidatura directamente en la primera vuelta de las elecciones presidenciales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cLo digo con total firmeza y determinaci\u00f3n: si se me impide participar en la consulta del 8 de marzo, anuncio desde ya que el Pacto Hist\u00f3rico se retira de la consulta y me inscribo para la primera vuelta de las elecciones presidenciales de este a\u00f1o\u201d, declar\u00f3 Cepeda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La advertencia del senador se conoce luego de que el <strong>Consejo Nacional Electoral (CNE)<\/strong> tuviera que realizar un nuevo sorteo para designar a los conjueces que definir\u00e1n si Cepeda puede o no participar en la consulta del Frente por la Vida.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El cambio se produjo debido a la <strong>imposibilidad de los abogados Alejandro Felipe S\u00e1nchez Cer\u00f3n y Manuel Antonio Avella<\/strong> de asumir como conjueces. En su lugar, el CNE design\u00f3 a <strong>Gustavo Mart\u00edn Coral Berdugo<\/strong>, representante del movimiento Colombia Justa Libres, quien hab\u00eda sido elegido como magistrado remanente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Junto a Coral Berdugo, el <strong>exmagistrado Alberto Rojas R\u00edos<\/strong> deber\u00e1 presentar la ponencia ante la sala del CNE, que tiene previsto emitir una decisi\u00f3n definitiva el <strong>mi\u00e9rcoles 4 de febrero<\/strong> sobre la participaci\u00f3n de Cepeda en la consulta presidencial.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El
