{"id":93374,"date":"2026-02-05T04:21:31","date_gmt":"2026-02-05T09:21:31","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/editor\/?p=93374"},"modified":"2026-02-05T04:21:33","modified_gmt":"2026-02-05T09:21:33","slug":"alerta-por-apertura-de-compuertas-en-el-quimbo","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/editor\/alerta-por-apertura-de-compuertas-en-el-quimbo\/","title":{"rendered":"Alerta por apertura de compuertas en El Quimbo"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>La Oficina Departamental para la Gesti\u00f3n del Riesgo de Desastres (ODGRD) emiti\u00f3 una alerta dirigida a los <strong>Coordinadores de los Consejos Municipales de Gesti\u00f3n del Riesgo de Desastres (CMGRD)<\/strong>, tras el anuncio de <strong>ENEL \u2013 Represa Betania<\/strong> sobre un nuevo incremento en la apertura de compuertas del embalse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Seg\u00fan la informaci\u00f3n oficial, <strong>hacia la medianoche de este martes el caudal liberado aumentar\u00e1 de 1.400 a 1.800 metros c\u00fabicos por segundo<\/strong>, lo que podr\u00eda generar un ascenso significativo en los niveles de los r\u00edos aguas abajo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ante esta situaci\u00f3n, las autoridades <strong>solicitaron de manera urgente a los municipios ribere\u00f1os extremar las medidas de prevenci\u00f3n<\/strong> y <strong>difundir de inmediato la informaci\u00f3n a las comunidades asentadas en zonas de riesgo<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Entre las acciones prioritarias se encuentra la <strong>activaci\u00f3n inmediata de los CMGRD y su permanencia en sesi\u00f3n continua<\/strong>, la <strong>alerta constante a la poblaci\u00f3n ribere\u00f1a<\/strong>, el <strong>monitoreo permanente de los niveles de r\u00edos y quebradas<\/strong>, y la <strong>restricci\u00f3n de actividades recreativas, productivas o de tr\u00e1nsito en las riberas<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Asimismo, se recomend\u00f3 <strong>activar los planes de evacuaci\u00f3n<\/strong>, identificar <strong>rutas seguras y puntos de encuentro<\/strong>, y, de ser necesario, <strong>ordenar la evacuaci\u00f3n preventiva de personas y animales<\/strong> en zonas inundables.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La ODGRD reiter\u00f3 que estas medidas deben aplicarse con <strong>m\u00e1xima prioridad<\/strong> para <strong>proteger la vida, los bienes y los medios de subsistencia de las comunidades aguas abajo<\/strong>, ante la evoluci\u00f3n del caudal del embalse de Betania.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La Oficina Departamental para la Gesti\u00f3n del Riesgo de Desastres (ODGRD) emiti\u00f3 una alerta dirigida a los Coordinadores de los Consejos Municipales de Gesti\u00f3n del Riesgo de Desastres (CMGRD), tras el anuncio de ENEL \u2013 Represa Betania sobre un nuevo incremento en la apertura de compuertas del embalse.
