{"id":93390,"date":"2026-02-05T04:49:10","date_gmt":"2026-02-05T09:49:10","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/editor\/?p=93390"},"modified":"2026-02-05T04:49:11","modified_gmt":"2026-02-05T09:49:11","slug":"pacto-historico-y-su-plan-b-con-cepeda","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/editor\/pacto-historico-y-su-plan-b-con-cepeda\/","title":{"rendered":"Pacto Hist\u00f3rico y su plan B con Cepeda"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Tras la decisi\u00f3n del <strong>Consejo Nacional Electoral (CNE)<\/strong> de impedir la participaci\u00f3n del senador y precandidato <strong>Iv\u00e1n Cepeda<\/strong> en la consulta presidencial del <strong>\u2018Frente por la Vida\u2019<\/strong>, el representante a la C\u00e1mara <strong>Her\u00e1clito Land\u00ednez<\/strong> calific\u00f3 la determinaci\u00f3n como un <strong>duro golpe para la democracia colombiana<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cEl CNE est\u00e1 haciendo todo lo posible para impedir que participemos en la consulta. Esta decisi\u00f3n impacta m\u00e1s en la democracia colombiana al no permitir que Iv\u00e1n Cepeda, en representaci\u00f3n del Pacto Hist\u00f3rico, participe en la consulta interpartidista\u201d, afirm\u00f3 el congresista.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Land\u00ednez asegur\u00f3 que a\u00fan cuentan con mecanismos jur\u00eddicos para controvertir la decisi\u00f3n, entre ellos un <strong>recurso de reposici\u00f3n<\/strong> y la posibilidad de acudir a una <strong>acci\u00f3n de tutela<\/strong> para proteger sus derechos fundamentales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El parlamentario tambi\u00e9n cuestion\u00f3 el trasfondo pol\u00edtico de la determinaci\u00f3n, se\u00f1alando que \u201cse est\u00e1n tomando decisiones pol\u00edticas en un estamento netamente pol\u00edtico, con integrantes que han tenido trayectoria partidista y que hoy act\u00faan en contra de la democracia colombiana\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Frente al contexto interno del <strong>Pacto Hist\u00f3rico<\/strong>, Land\u00ednez record\u00f3 que <strong>Iv\u00e1n Cepeda fue elegido como su \u00fanico candidato<\/strong> tras una consulta popular interna, y que la participaci\u00f3n en el \u2018Frente por la Vida\u2019 se acord\u00f3 \u00fanicamente como una <strong>consulta interpartidista<\/strong> junto a otros sectores. \u201cRoy Barreras, Juan Fernando Cristo y Camilo Romero pertenecen a otros partidos. El Pacto tiene un solo candidato, que es Iv\u00e1n Cepeda, y \u00e9l tiene todo el derecho de participar porque es su partido y su consulta\u201d,
