Los hechos se registraron en diciembre de 2017 y julio de 2018, respectivamente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Las mujeres denunciaron que el m\u00e9dico les hizo comentarios de \u00edndole sexual y las abus\u00f3 durante las citas de control y chequeo.<br>El juzgado tambi\u00e9n lo inhabilit\u00f3 para el ejercicio de derechos y funciones p\u00fablicas por el mismo t\u00e9rmino de la pena principal y deber\u00e1 cumplir la condena en centro carcelario.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Al t\u00e9rmino de la audiencia de lectura de sentencia el juzgado libr\u00f3 la orden de captura en su contra, que ser\u00e1 materializada una vez la condena quede en firme.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Esta decisi\u00f3n es de primera instancia y sobre ella proceden los recursos de ley.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>A 10 a\u00f1os de prisi\u00f3n fue condenado el m\u00e9dico ginecol\u00f3gico H\u00e9ctor Hern\u00e1n Ram\u00edrez Giraldo, por el delito de acceso carnal o acto sexual abusivo con incapaz de resistir.
