{"id":93439,"date":"2026-02-05T19:38:15","date_gmt":"2026-02-06T00:38:15","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/editor\/?p=93439"},"modified":"2026-02-05T19:38:17","modified_gmt":"2026-02-06T00:38:17","slug":"ivan-cepeda-y-su-denuncia-a-alvaro-hernan-prada","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/editor\/ivan-cepeda-y-su-denuncia-a-alvaro-hernan-prada\/","title":{"rendered":"Iv\u00e1n Cepeda y su denuncia a \u00c1lvaro Hern\u00e1n Prada"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>El candidato presidencial del <strong>Pacto Hist\u00f3rico<\/strong>, <strong>Iv\u00e1n Cepeda<\/strong>, anunci\u00f3 que presentar\u00e1 una <strong>denuncia penal<\/strong> ante la <strong>Fiscal\u00eda General de la Naci\u00f3n<\/strong> contra el <strong>magistrado del Consejo Nacional Electoral (CNE)<\/strong>, <strong>\u00c1lvaro Hern\u00e1n Prada<\/strong>, y el <strong>conjuez Hollman Ib\u00e1\u00f1ez<\/strong>, por su participaci\u00f3n en la votaci\u00f3n sobre su eventual participaci\u00f3n en la <strong>consulta interpartidista de la izquierda<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cepeda argument\u00f3 que ambos debieron <strong>declararse impedidos<\/strong> para intervenir en la decisi\u00f3n. En el caso de Prada, asegura que existe un <strong>proceso penal en curso<\/strong> en el que \u00e9l es <strong>v\u00edctima<\/strong> y el magistrado <strong>acusado<\/strong>, dentro del caso de los falsos testigos por el que fue investigado el expresidente \u00c1lvaro Uribe V\u00e9lez. \u201cPrada por la existencia de un proceso penal en el que soy v\u00edctima y por animadversi\u00f3n en mi contra. Ib\u00e1\u00f1ez por haberse pronunciado extraprocesalmente sobre este asunto y por animadversi\u00f3n hacia m\u00ed y el Pacto Hist\u00f3rico\u201d, afirm\u00f3 el congresista.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El magistrado <strong>\u00c1lvaro Hern\u00e1n Prada<\/strong>, quien lleg\u00f3 al CNE con el respaldo del <strong>Centro Democr\u00e1tico<\/strong>, vot\u00f3 en la sesi\u00f3n que defin\u00eda si Cepeda pod\u00eda participar o no en la consulta del <strong>Frente por la Vida<\/strong>, decisi\u00f3n en la que tambi\u00e9n particip\u00f3 el conjuez <strong>Hollman Ib\u00e1\u00f1ez<\/strong>. Este \u00faltimo fue designado para <strong>desempatar la votaci\u00f3n<\/strong>, y su voto en contra de Cepeda permiti\u00f3 alcanzar los <strong>seis apoyos necesarios<\/strong> para adoptar la decisi\u00f3n en la corporaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La intervenci\u00f3n de Ib\u00e1\u00f1ez gener\u00f3 controversia, ya que <strong>trabaj\u00f3 en la firma de abogados de Abelardo de la Espriella<\/strong>, actual candidato presidencial y uno de los <strong>principales contendores de Cepeda<\/strong> en la carrera por la Casa de Nari\u00f1o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cInterpondr\u00e9 la denuncia penal por el delito de <strong>prevaricato por omisi\u00f3n<\/strong>, contenido en el art\u00edculo 414 del C\u00f3digo Penal\u201d, se\u00f1al\u00f3 Cepeda, quien recientemente confirm\u00f3 su retiro de la consulta del Frente por la Vida para <strong>competir directamente en la primera vuelta presidencial<\/strong> de mayo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El presidente <strong>Gustavo Petro<\/strong> tambi\u00e9n se pronunci\u00f3 sobre la designaci\u00f3n de Ib\u00e1\u00f1ez, al considerar que no deb\u00eda haber sido escogido como conjuez en ese caso.
