Adem\u00e1s, confirm\u00f3 que hoy interpondr\u00e1 una denuncia penal contra los magistrados \u00c1lvaro Prada y Hollman Ib\u00e1\u00f1ez.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Durante su intervenci\u00f3n, Cepeda calific\u00f3 la reciente decisi\u00f3n del CNE \u2014que lo dej\u00f3 por fuera de la consulta del Pacto Hist\u00f3rico al considerar que se cometi\u00f3 prevaricato por omisi\u00f3n\u2014 como \u201caberrante y una maniobra retorcida\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cEl Consejo Nacional Electoral es una instituci\u00f3n descompuesta, corrupta y parcializada, cuyas decisiones deber\u00edan avergonzarnos.
