A partir de ahora, <strong>no se permitir\u00e1 el traspaso de un carro a una persona indeterminada<\/strong>, lo que significa que el nuevo propietario deber\u00e1 aparecer registrado con nombre propio en todos los documentos oficiales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La medida busca reducir la <strong>informalidad en el mercado automotor<\/strong>, ya que muchos propietarios terminan asumiendo multas, impuestos y responsabilidades legales de veh\u00edculos que ya no les pertenecen. Seg\u00fan datos del <strong>Registro \u00danico Nacional de Tr\u00e1nsito (RUNT)<\/strong>, actualmente existen <strong>762.880 veh\u00edculos<\/strong> inscritos bajo la figura de persona indeterminada, de los cuales <strong>483.642<\/strong> llevan m\u00e1s de tres a\u00f1os en esa condici\u00f3n sin formalizar su traspaso.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El Ministerio fij\u00f3 como <strong>plazo m\u00e1ximo el 6 de febrero de 2027<\/strong> para que quienes posean un veh\u00edculo bajo esta figura <strong>legalicen el traspaso a su nombre<\/strong>. Pasado este tiempo, los automotores que no regularicen su situaci\u00f3n enfrentar\u00e1n sanciones administrativas, entre ellas la <strong>suspensi\u00f3n del registro<\/strong>, la <strong>prohibici\u00f3n de circular<\/strong> y la <strong>imposibilidad de realizar tr\u00e1mites<\/strong> como la compra del SOAT o la revisi\u00f3n t\u00e9cnico-mec\u00e1nica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para legalizar el traspaso, el propietario debe estar <strong>inscrito en el RUNT<\/strong>, contar con <strong>SOAT y revisi\u00f3n t\u00e9cnico-mec\u00e1nica vigentes<\/strong>, estar a <strong>paz y salvo en impuestos y multas<\/strong> y pagar los <strong>derechos de tr\u00e1mite<\/strong> ante el organismo de tr\u00e1nsito. Adem\u00e1s, deber\u00e1 presentar un <strong>contrato de compraventa<\/strong> o documento que acredite la posesi\u00f3n del veh\u00edculo, una <strong>declaraci\u00f3n juramentada<\/strong> y las <strong>improntas del motor, chasis y serie<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Con esta decisi\u00f3n, el Gobierno busca <strong>mayor control y transparencia<\/strong> en la compraventa de automotores, garantizando que cada veh\u00edculo tenga un propietario plenamente identificado y evitando que los antiguos due\u00f1os sigan asumiendo responsabilidades que ya no les corresponden.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El Ministerio de Transporte anunci\u00f3 nuevas disposiciones para la compra y venta de veh\u00edculos en Colombia.
