Se trata de la primera imputaci\u00f3n formal que enfrenta Roa en medio del esc\u00e1ndalo por los recursos que habr\u00edan ingresado irregularmente a la campa\u00f1a.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, el directivo deber\u00e1 responder por el delito de tr\u00e1fico de influencias, relacionado con presuntas irregularidades en la compra de un apartamento de lujo ubicado en el barrio El Chic\u00f3, en Bogot\u00e1.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Seg\u00fan el delegado contra la Criminalidad Organizada, Ra\u00fal Gonz\u00e1lez, la decisi\u00f3n se tom\u00f3 \u201cante la contundencia de las pruebas\u201d recolectadas por el ente acusador, que estableci\u00f3 que el Pacto Hist\u00f3rico habr\u00eda superado los l\u00edmites de financiaci\u00f3n permitidos por la ley.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La Fiscal\u00eda sostiene que, como gerente de la campa\u00f1a, Roa tendr\u00eda responsabilidad directa en la superaci\u00f3n de los topes electorales establecidos por el sistema electoral colombiano.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por ahora, no se ha definido la fecha de la audiencia de imputaci\u00f3n de cargos, y la Fiscal\u00eda precis\u00f3 que no compulsar\u00e1 copias ante la Comisi\u00f3n de Acusaciones de la C\u00e1mara de Representantes para investigar al presidente Gustavo Petro.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La Fiscal\u00eda General de la Naci\u00f3n anunci\u00f3 que radicar\u00e1 audiencia de imputaci\u00f3n de cargos contra el presidente de Ecopetrol, Ricardo Roa, por su presunta responsabilidad en la violaci\u00f3n de topes electorales durante la campa\u00f1a presidencial de Gustavo Petro en 2022.
