La medida, establecida mediante el <strong>decreto 0150<\/strong>, busca responder a la cr\u00edtica situaci\u00f3n humanitaria que enfrentan miles de familias en la regi\u00f3n Caribe y el noroccidente del pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El <strong>decreto de emergencia econ\u00f3mica, ambiental y social<\/strong> tendr\u00e1 una vigencia de 30 d\u00edas e incluye a los departamentos de <strong>C\u00f3rdoba, Antioquia, La Guajira, Sucre, Bol\u00edvar, Cesar, Magdalena y Choc\u00f3<\/strong>, territorios que han sufrido inundaciones, deslizamientos y da\u00f1os en su infraestructura.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Seg\u00fan los reportes oficiales, las inundaciones en <strong>C\u00f3rdoba y Sucre<\/strong> han dejado al menos <strong>14 personas muertas<\/strong>, m\u00e1s de <strong>9.000 viviendas destruidas<\/strong> y cerca de <strong>50.000 familias afectadas<\/strong>, lo que equivale a unas <strong>300.000 personas damnificadas<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ante este panorama, el mandatario enfatiz\u00f3 que la <strong>emergencia econ\u00f3mica por ola invernal<\/strong> permitir\u00e1 destinar recursos extraordinarios para la atenci\u00f3n inmediata de los damnificados y la reconstrucci\u00f3n de las zonas afectadas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El Gobierno Nacional busca con este nuevo decreto agilizar la ejecuci\u00f3n de ayudas, reubicar familias y mitigar los efectos del invierno que contin\u00faa afectando amplias zonas rurales y urbanas del pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Paralelamente, Gustavo Petro envi\u00f3 una carta a la <strong>Corte Constitucional<\/strong> solicitando levantar la suspensi\u00f3n del <strong>decreto 1390 de 2025<\/strong>, emitido en diciembre pasado, argumentando que la falta de recursos limita la capacidad del Estado para responder a las emergencias.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El presidente insisti\u00f3 en que la decisi\u00f3n judicial afecta directamente la capacidad del Gobierno para proteger vidas humanas y garantizar la atenci\u00f3n humanitaria. \u201cAqu\u00ed est\u00e1 en juego la vida de las personas y la posibilidad de evitar da\u00f1os irreparables\u201d, expres\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Con la <strong>emergencia econ\u00f3mica por ola invernal<\/strong>, el Ejecutivo pretende reforzar la atenci\u00f3n integral en las zonas m\u00e1s afectadas, priorizando la reconstrucci\u00f3n de viviendas, la entrega de ayudas humanitarias y la recuperaci\u00f3n de las v\u00edas rurales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El presidente Gustavo Petro decret\u00f3 emergencia econ\u00f3mica por ola invernal en varias regiones del pa\u00eds, tras las graves afectaciones provocadas por las lluvias en los \u00faltimos d\u00edas.
