{"id":9378,"date":"2021-01-28T07:52:49","date_gmt":"2021-01-28T12:52:49","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/?p=9378"},"modified":"2021-01-28T07:52:51","modified_gmt":"2021-01-28T12:52:51","slug":"vicepresidente-y-andi-unen-esfuerzos-para-empoderar-a-las-mujeres","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/editor\/vicepresidente-y-andi-unen-esfuerzos-para-empoderar-a-las-mujeres\/","title":{"rendered":"Vicepresidente y ANDI unen esfuerzos para empoderar a las mujeres"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Con el objetivo de<strong> empoderar econ\u00f3micamente a las mujeres del pa\u00eds<\/strong>, una de las poblaciones m\u00e1s afectadas por la crisis derivada del COVID-19, la Vicepresidencia de la Rep\u00fablica y la Asociaci\u00f3n Nacional de Empresarios de Colombia (ANDI), firmaron un<strong> memorando de entendimiento,<\/strong> en el cual se comprometieron a<strong> aunar esfuerzos y tejer puentes, para mejorar las condiciones de empleabilidad de las colombianas<\/strong> en el sector industrial.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La Vicepresidente Marta Luc\u00eda Ram\u00edrez destac\u00f3 que el Gobierno Nacional ha venido <strong>fortaleciendo lazos con el sector privado, con la meta de recuperar el empleo femenino, <\/strong>lograr el empoderamiento financiero de las mujeres y acelerar la reactivaci\u00f3n econ\u00f3mica. \u201cEl camino hacia la autonom\u00eda econ\u00f3mica de las mujeres supone el cumplimiento de las leyes en materia laboral, igualdad en salarios y oportunidades. Pero hay que ir m\u00e1s all\u00e1 y generar una cultura en la sociedad colombiana de valoraci\u00f3n a lo que aporta la mujer en la econom\u00eda, el crecimiento y en la posibilidad de desarrollo\u201d, se\u00f1al\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En ese sentido, manifest\u00f3 que<strong> esta alianza permite unir voluntades entre el Gobierno y empresarios<\/strong>, para fomentar la <strong>generaci\u00f3n y permanencia de empleos femeninos en el sector industrial;<\/strong> as\u00ed como propender por espacios laborales libres de discriminaci\u00f3n en el interior de las empresas. \u201cEste pacto est\u00e1 orientado a identificar a esas mujeres l\u00edderes que ya est\u00e1n dentro del aparato productivo colombiano y en las empresas del pa\u00eds, y ver c\u00f3mo promovemos mucho m\u00e1s su liderazgo y las empoderamos. Adem\u00e1s, ver c\u00f3mo trabajar con las mujeres j\u00f3venes que est\u00e1n en las universidades y fomentar la ANDI del futuro, con ellas. Necesitamos que haya muchas pol\u00edticas que est\u00e9n dirigidas a promover a las emprendedoras en varios campos\u201d, dijo la Vicepresidenta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sostuvo, adem\u00e1s, que<strong> hoy m\u00e1s que nunca se hace relevante una articulaci\u00f3n con el sector privado, para abolir barreras sociales<\/strong> y adoptar medidas para mejorar el balance entre la vida laboral y familiar. \u201cVamos a hacer un trabajo sectorial, detallado y minucioso para eliminar todas esas barreras que todav\u00eda existen en nuestro pa\u00eds sobre la mujer, que por fortuna son cada vez menos. Estamos seguros de que contamos con un sector empresarial consciente de esos cambios que hay que hacer y de la inclusi\u00f3n que tenemos que lograr. Para tener un pa\u00eds incluyente, tenemos que hacer expl\u00edcitos espacios donde no haya barreras de ingreso. \u00a1Que la \u00fanica barrera sea el conocimiento, la preparaci\u00f3n y la
