La Secretar\u00eda de Hacienda de Neiva record\u00f3 a los contribuyentes la importancia de cumplir con el pago del Impuesto Predial Unificado correspondiente a la vigencia fiscal 2026, dentro de los plazos establecidos por el calendario tributario municipal. Este tributo es una de las principales fuentes de financiaci\u00f3n de obras y programas sociales en la ciudad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

De acuerdo con lo dispuesto en el Estatuto Tributario Municipal, quienes paguen el impuesto en una sola cuota podr\u00e1n acceder a descuentos por pronto pago. Hasta el 30 de abril de 2026 habr\u00e1 un beneficio del 12 %, y del 1 de mayo al 31 de julio el descuento ser\u00e1 del 5 %. La fecha l\u00edmite para pagar sin descuento y sin generar intereses moratorios ser\u00e1 el 31 de julio del mismo a\u00f1o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

El pago oportuno del predial evita sanciones y contribuye al fortalecimiento de las finanzas locales, en l\u00ednea con la pol\u00edtica de gesti\u00f3n fiscal responsable promovida por el alcalde Germ\u00e1n Casagua, orientada al desarrollo de proyectos que mejoran la calidad de vida de los neivanos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Para facilitar el cumplimiento de esta obligaci\u00f3n, la Alcald\u00eda habilit\u00f3 distintos canales de pago: ventanillas presenciales autorizadas, el portal tributario oficial y la aplicaci\u00f3n m\u00f3vil Impuestos Neiva Huila<\/em>. A trav\u00e9s de estos medios, los contribuyentes pueden consultar el valor del impuesto, generar el recibo y realizar el pago en l\u00ednea o en las entidades financieras habilitadas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La Administraci\u00f3n Municipal invit\u00f3 a los ciudadanos a consultar la informaci\u00f3n disponible y aprovechar los beneficios por pronto pago, destacando que cada contribuci\u00f3n fortalece la capacidad de inversi\u00f3n del Municipio y asegura la continuidad de los programas de impacto social en Neiva.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
