A trav\u00e9s de su cuenta en X, el mandatario defendi\u00f3 la legalidad de la medida y sostuvo que el concepto de \u201csalario vital\u201d est\u00e1 consagrado en la <strong>Constituci\u00f3n Pol\u00edtica de Colombia<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cRespetar\u00e9 su decisi\u00f3n, pero actuar\u00e9 de acuerdo a la Constituci\u00f3n\u201d, se\u00f1al\u00f3 el jefe de Estado, quien advirti\u00f3 que cualquier intento de frenar el incremento salarial ser\u00eda \u201canticonstitucional\u201d y afectar\u00eda el poder adquisitivo de los trabajadores. Seg\u00fan Petro, reducir el impacto del salario en las actuales condiciones econ\u00f3micas \u201cdetendr\u00eda la econom\u00eda nacional y agravar\u00eda problemas como el hambre y la desnutrici\u00f3n infantil\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tras el fallo emitido por el magistrado <strong>Juan Camilo Morales<\/strong>, el mandatario orden\u00f3 al ministro de Trabajo convocar de manera urgente una mesa de concertaci\u00f3n para redactar un nuevo decreto transitorio, en cumplimiento de lo dispuesto por el alto tribunal. El presidente subray\u00f3 que la nueva decisi\u00f3n deber\u00e1 garantizar el respeto a los derechos del pueblo trabajador.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Petro tambi\u00e9n invit\u00f3 a los movimientos sociales y sindicales a analizar la postura del Gobierno y participar activamente en la discusi\u00f3n. En su mensaje, reiter\u00f3 que el <strong>Poder Judicial de Colombia<\/strong> debe reconocer que su administraci\u00f3n act\u00faa en representaci\u00f3n del voto popular y bajo los principios de la Carta Magna.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Finalmente, el mandatario argument\u00f3 que los recientes indicadores econ\u00f3micos muestran que el incremento del 23,7 % no ha tenido un efecto significativo sobre los precios de los alimentos.
