{"id":93874,"date":"2026-02-14T04:31:30","date_gmt":"2026-02-14T09:31:30","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/editor\/?p=93874"},"modified":"2026-02-14T04:31:31","modified_gmt":"2026-02-14T09:31:31","slug":"judicializadas-personas-por-hecho-delictivo-en-villavieja","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/editor\/judicializadas-personas-por-hecho-delictivo-en-villavieja\/","title":{"rendered":"Judicializadas personas por hecho delictivo en Villavieja"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Por solicitud de la Fiscal\u00eda General de la Naci\u00f3n, un juez de control de garant\u00edas impuso medida de aseguramiento en centro carcelario contra 6 hombres y 1 mujer, por su presunta responsabilidad en retener a un ciudadano para apoderarse de sus pertenencias en zona rural de Villavieja (Huila).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Se trata de Daniel Oviedo Monta\u00f1ez, Luis Eduardo Mej\u00eda Vargas, Ingrid Katherine Su\u00e1rez Garz\u00f3n, Johan Steven Plazas Cuvides, \u00d3scar Andr\u00e9s Tique Canacue, Ilder Fabi\u00e1n Losada Avil\u00e9s y Jhon Fredy Polan\u00eda Londo\u00f1o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Una fiscal de la Seccional Huila les imput\u00f3 los delitos de secuestro simple, hurto calificado; y fabricaci\u00f3n, tr\u00e1fico, porte o tenencia de armas de fuego, accesorios, partes o municiones; las dos \u00faltimas conductas agravadas. Cargos que los procesados no aceptaron.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los hechos ocurrieron el pasado 5 de febrero, en la vereda Hato Nuevo, donde, al parecer, estas personas aprovecharon que la v\u00edctima se encontraba sola en su vivienda, ingresaron por la fuerza y, mediante intimidaci\u00f3n con arma de fuego, la amordazaron, amarraron y retuvieron con el prop\u00f3sito de apoderarse de elementos de valor del inmueble.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Una vez cometido el hurto, huyeron del lugar en veh\u00edculo particular, siendo capturados en flagrancia por la Polic\u00eda Nacional en v\u00eda p\u00fablica de Neiva. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Durante el procedimiento, las autoridades incautaron dos armas de fuego, proveedores, cartuchos, celulares, los bienes hurtados y el veh\u00edculo en que se movilizaban.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Por solicitud de la Fiscal\u00eda General de la Naci\u00f3n, un juez de control de garant\u00edas impuso medida de aseguramiento en centro carcelario contra 6 hombres y 1 mujer, por su presunta responsabilidad en retener a un ciudadano para apoderarse de sus pertenencias en zona rural de Villavieja (Huila).
