El recurso pretende suspender los efectos de la resoluci\u00f3n que autoriza la contrataci\u00f3n de los exintegrantes de la antigua guerrilla dentro de la entidad encargada de la seguridad de funcionarios, l\u00edderes sociales y excombatientes en proceso de reincorporaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Fiesco argumenta que detr\u00e1s de esta medida existe un <strong>inter\u00e9s pol\u00edtico<\/strong> y advierte que la vinculaci\u00f3n de exguerrilleros podr\u00eda afectar a los escoltas que han trabajado durante a\u00f1os en la instituci\u00f3n. Por ese motivo, el demandante pidi\u00f3 la adopci\u00f3n de <strong>medidas cautelares<\/strong> para suspender la aplicaci\u00f3n de la resoluci\u00f3n mientras se estudia el fondo del caso.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cEl reemplazo de 4.200 escoltas de la UNP por exintegrantes de las FARC es una f\u00f3rmula que \u2014seg\u00fan \u00e9l\u2014 la izquierda ha utilizado para eliminar la oposici\u00f3n pol\u00edtica.
