Seg\u00fan cifras de la Fundaci\u00f3n Retorno Vital, las demoras pasaron de <strong>90 a 150 d\u00edas<\/strong>, y en algunos casos pueden llegar a <strong>200 d\u00edas<\/strong>, lo que ha generado una sobrecarga en los servicios de urgencias del pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ante este panorama, la empresa colombiana <strong>MedicApp<\/strong> present\u00f3 una alternativa innovadora: un servicio de <strong>motoambulancias<\/strong> que busca acercar la atenci\u00f3n m\u00e9dica al hogar del paciente en un tiempo promedio de <strong>24 minutos<\/strong>, evitando desplazamientos innecesarios a cl\u00ednicas o hospitales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cada unidad combina <strong>movilidad \u00e1gil y tecnolog\u00eda m\u00e9dica<\/strong> apoyada en inteligencia artificial. Las motoambulancias est\u00e1n equipadas con dispositivos que permiten realizar <strong>electrocardiogramas, auscultaciones cardiorrespiratorias, ex\u00e1menes de o\u00eddo y garganta, y toma de signos vitales<\/strong>. Los datos son analizados en tiempo real por un m\u00e9dico remoto, quien orienta el tratamiento y define el siguiente paso del paciente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Seg\u00fan <strong>Daniel Urrego<\/strong>, CEO de MedicApp, la iniciativa busca reducir la presi\u00f3n sobre los servicios de urgencias y mejorar el acceso a atenci\u00f3n oportuna. \u201cMuchos pacientes acuden a urgencias por cuadros leves que podr\u00edan atenderse en casa. Nuestro objetivo es reducir hasta en un 92 % esos traslados innecesarios\u201d, explic\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Durante su primer a\u00f1o, la compa\u00f1\u00eda proyecta llegar a <strong>10.000 hogares<\/strong>. Actualmente, MedicApp presta servicios a m\u00e1s de <strong>40.000 usuarios en todo el pa\u00eds<\/strong> y trabaja con m\u00e1s de <strong>300 empresas<\/strong>.
