La Polic\u00eda Nacional de Colombia en Neiva, en coordinaci\u00f3n con la Seccional de Investigaci\u00f3n Criminal y la Fiscal\u00eda General de la Naci\u00f3n, logr\u00f3 este mes la captura de 6 personas integrantes de una Organizaci\u00f3n Criminal denominada \u201cLos del Hueco\u201d, por el delito de hurto calificado y agravado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Se dedicaban al hurto de personas en la modalidad de atraco por armas de fuego y cortopunzantes y ten\u00edan injerencia en las comunas 7 y 8 de la ciudad de Neiva.
Estudiaban a las v\u00edctimas m\u00e1s vulnerables como estudiantes y personas de la tercera edad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Igualmente, esta semana, gracias a un trabajo investigativo que se extendi\u00f3 por m\u00e1s de seis meses, las autoridades lograron evidenciar el actuar criminal de tres actores delincuenciales denominados \u201cLos Socios\u201d, quienes ten\u00edan injerencia en las comunas 1, 2, 3 y 9 de Neiva.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

En desarrollo de este proceso se materializ\u00f3 una captura por orden judicial y una imputaci\u00f3n de cargos. Uno de los integrantes, quien hab\u00eda sido capturado en flagrancia hace dos meses por porte ilegal de armas de fuego, fue nuevamente vinculado al proceso mediante imputaci\u00f3n por los delitos de hurto calificado y agravado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

El segundo capturado, un hombre de 25 a\u00f1os conocido como \u201cG\u00f3ngora\u201d, fue detenido en diligencia de registro y allanamiento realizada en el barrio Villa Nazareth de la comuna 9, por los delitos de concierto para delinquir, hurto calificado y agravado y fabricaci\u00f3n tr\u00e1fico porte o tenencia de armas de fuego accesorios partes o municiones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

De acuerdo con las investigaciones, el tercer implicado, ante la contundencia del material probatorio y la presi\u00f3n ejercida por las autoridades, abandon\u00f3 la ciudad y, al parecer, se encontrar\u00eda en el norte del Pa\u00eds. Este sujeto estar\u00eda vinculado con un reconocido actor criminal conocido como \u201cTatan\u201d, quien fue neutralizado en procedimiento policial el pasado 8 de abril.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cLos Socios\u201d se dedicaban al hurto a personas bajo la modalidad de atraco con arma de fuego y arma cortopunzante, intimidando y en algunos casos agrediendo f\u00edsicamente a sus v\u00edctimas. Registran anotaciones judiciales como indiciados por porte ilegal de armas de fuego y hurto calificado y agravado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
