El informe evidencia una marcada disparidad entre la alta participaci\u00f3n femenina en la formaci\u00f3n profesional y su bajo acceso a cargos de liderazgo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El estudio expone la llamada <strong>\u201cparadoja del 70\u201330\u201d<\/strong>: aunque cerca del 70 % de los estudiantes de medicina son mujeres, esa proporci\u00f3n se reduce de manera constante hasta representar apenas el 30 % o menos en posiciones directivas o de toma de decisiones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La investigaci\u00f3n, desarrollada en sociedades m\u00e9dicas, hospitales y universidades de siete pa\u00edses, revela que solo <strong>dos de cada diez sociedades cient\u00edficas<\/strong> est\u00e1n presididas por mujeres.
