{"id":94027,"date":"2026-02-17T09:51:46","date_gmt":"2026-02-17T14:51:46","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/editor\/?p=94027"},"modified":"2026-02-17T09:51:47","modified_gmt":"2026-02-17T14:51:47","slug":"gobierno-y-clan-del-golfo-reanudan-dialogos","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/editor\/gobierno-y-clan-del-golfo-reanudan-dialogos\/","title":{"rendered":"Gobierno y Clan del Golfo reanudan di\u00e1logos"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>El <strong>Grupo de Trabajo para el Espacio Sociojur\u00eddico<\/strong> entre el Gobierno Nacional y el autodenominado <strong>Ej\u00e9rcito Gaitanista de Colombia<\/strong> anunci\u00f3 la reanudaci\u00f3n de las conversaciones de paz, luego de una reuni\u00f3n sostenida el pasado <strong>9 de febrero en Bogot\u00e1<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Seg\u00fan un comunicado oficial, el encuentro se desarroll\u00f3 en un <strong>\u201cambiente constructivo\u201d<\/strong> y permiti\u00f3 superar la suspensi\u00f3n temporal del di\u00e1logo, anunciada d\u00edas antes por el Estado Mayor Conjunto del grupo armado. La ruptura hab\u00eda ocurrido tras declaraciones del <strong>Ministerio de Defensa Nacional<\/strong>, que se\u00f1al\u00f3 como objetivo militar a <strong>Jobanis de Jes\u00fas \u00c1vila, alias \u201cChiquito Malo\u201d<\/strong>, m\u00e1ximo cabecilla del Clan del Golfo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ambas partes manifestaron que el <strong>proceso de paz orientado a la desmovilizaci\u00f3n del grupo y la construcci\u00f3n de paz en los territorios<\/strong> sigue avanzando conforme a los compromisos suscritos. Durante la reuni\u00f3n, se definieron nuevas acciones para fortalecer el proceso y generar beneficios directos a las comunidades afectadas por la violencia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El encuentro fue convocado por el <strong>Grupo de Pa\u00edses Mediadores<\/strong>, integrado por <strong>Estado de Qatar<\/strong>, <strong>Reino de Espa\u00f1a<\/strong>, <strong>Reino de Noruega<\/strong> y <strong>Confederaci\u00f3n Suiza<\/strong>, y cont\u00f3 con el acompa\u00f1amiento de la <strong>Misi\u00f3n de Apoyo al Proceso de Paz en Colombia (MAPP\/OEA)<\/strong> y la <strong>Conferencia Episcopal de Colombia<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El Gobierno confirm\u00f3 adem\u00e1s que desde diciembre se mantienen <strong>suspendidas las \u00f3rdenes de captura<\/strong> contra varios de los principales jefes del Clan del Golfo, como parte de los acuerdos para facilitar el avance del proceso.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Entre los compromisos alcanzados se destaca la <strong>ampliaci\u00f3n de las zonas piloto de implementaci\u00f3n<\/strong> y la creaci\u00f3n de <strong>tres Zonas de Ubicaci\u00f3n Temporal (ZUT)<\/strong> en <strong>Bel\u00e9n de Bajir\u00e1<\/strong>, <strong>Ungu\u00eda<\/strong> y <strong>Tierralta<\/strong>, acordadas en diciembre de 2025 en <strong>Doha<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tambi\u00e9n se defini\u00f3 que la <strong>MAPP\/OEA<\/strong> asumir\u00e1 tareas de <strong>seguimiento, monitoreo y verificaci\u00f3n<\/strong> dentro de un mecanismo tripartito, y se elaborar\u00e1n <strong>protocolos operativos<\/strong> con lineamientos sobre seguridad, log\u00edstica, manejo de material de guerra, comunicaciones y resoluci\u00f3n de controversias.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El Grupo de Trabajo para el Espacio Sociojur\u00eddico entre el Gobierno Nacional y el autodenominado Ej\u00e9rcito Gaitanista de Colombia anunci\u00f3 la reanudaci\u00f3n de las conversaciones de paz, luego de una reuni\u00f3n sostenida el pasado 9 de febrero en Bogot\u00e1.
