{"id":94070,"date":"2026-02-18T04:49:40","date_gmt":"2026-02-18T09:49:40","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/editor\/?p=94070"},"modified":"2026-02-18T05:01:27","modified_gmt":"2026-02-18T10:01:27","slug":"advierten-dificultades-en-tratamientos-para-menores-con-hemofilia","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/editor\/advierten-dificultades-en-tratamientos-para-menores-con-hemofilia\/","title":{"rendered":"Advierten dificultades en tratamientos para menores con hemofilia"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>La <strong>Asociaci\u00f3n Colombiana de Hematolog\u00eda y Oncolog\u00eda Pedi\u00e1trica<\/strong> hizo un llamado urgente al <strong>Ministerio de Salud y Protecci\u00f3n Social<\/strong>, a la <strong>Superintendencia Nacional de Salud<\/strong>, al <strong>Congreso de la Rep\u00fablica de Colombia<\/strong>, a la <strong>Defensor\u00eda del Pueblo<\/strong> y a la opini\u00f3n p\u00fablica, para advertir sobre las dificultades que enfrentan los ni\u00f1os y adolescentes con hemofilia y otras coagulopat\u00edas en el pa\u00eds para acceder a sus tratamientos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En una carta abierta, la organizaci\u00f3n se\u00f1al\u00f3 que en Colombia existen <strong>m\u00e1s de 6.000 personas diagnosticadas con trastornos de la coagulaci\u00f3n<\/strong>, de las cuales <strong>3.200 son pacientes con hemofilia<\/strong>. Seg\u00fan el comunicado, en las \u00faltimas semanas se han reportado <strong>interrupciones en la entrega de factores de coagulaci\u00f3n<\/strong>, medicamentos esenciales para prevenir hemorragias y complicaciones graves en esta poblaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La falta de suministro oportuno \u2014advirti\u00f3 la asociaci\u00f3n\u2014 ha derivado en <strong>hospitalizaciones, da\u00f1os articulares y episodios de sangrado<\/strong>, afectando especialmente a menores de edad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ante esta situaci\u00f3n, los especialistas pidieron a las autoridades <strong>garantizar la entrega continua de los medicamentos<\/strong>, <strong>reforzar la inspecci\u00f3n y control sobre las EPS<\/strong>, <strong>priorizar a esta poblaci\u00f3n en las estrategias de aseguramiento<\/strong> y <strong>crear mesas t\u00e9cnicas de trabajo<\/strong> con participaci\u00f3n de sociedades cient\u00edficas y asociaciones de pacientes, para identificar las causas del
