Seg\u00fan la organizaci\u00f3n, el mandatario \u201ctergiversa\u201d y \u201csaca de contexto\u201d sus planteamientos sobre los di\u00e1logos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El grupo armado se\u00f1al\u00f3 que asuntos estructurales, como la superaci\u00f3n del narcotr\u00e1fico, no deber\u00edan usarse \u2014seg\u00fan su versi\u00f3n\u2014 como \u201ccortina de humo\u201d ante los esc\u00e1ndalos que enfrenta el Gobierno.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De acuerdo con el comunicado, el pasado 2 de febrero el ELN habr\u00eda recibido un emisario del presidente Petro para explorar nuevas rutas de di\u00e1logo. En esa reuni\u00f3n, aseguran, participaron representantes de la comunidad internacional y de la Conferencia Episcopal de Colombia. Sin embargo, la guerrilla denunci\u00f3 que menos de 24 horas despu\u00e9s de ese encuentro se habr\u00edan ordenado bombardeos en la misma zona del Catatumbo donde se desarroll\u00f3 la cita.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para el ELN, esas acciones \u201csocavan la confianza\u201d y vulneran los principios de buena fe que deben regir cualquier proceso de negociaci\u00f3n. En el texto, el grupo cuestiona lo que denomina una pol\u00edtica de \u201ctodo vale\u201d en los acercamientos oficiales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La guerrilla tambi\u00e9n retoma su propuesta de construir un \u201cAcuerdo Nacional\u201d para enfrentar lo que describe como una crisis estructural de m\u00e1s de siete d\u00e9cadas, e insiste en abordar el tema del narcotr\u00e1fico con participaci\u00f3n de las comunidades y una comisi\u00f3n internacional de verificaci\u00f3n.
