La Gobernaci\u00f3n del Huila, a trav\u00e9s de la oficina del Programa de Alimentaci\u00f3n Escolar (PAE)<\/strong>, record\u00f3 a la comunidad los canales dispuestos para presentar quejas o inconformidades<\/strong> sobre la prestaci\u00f3n del servicio en las instituciones educativas oficiales del departamento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Actualmente, el PAE avanza en los 35 municipios de competencia departamental<\/strong>, garantizando m\u00e1s de 90.000 raciones diarias<\/strong> \u2014entre complemento ma\u00f1ana, tarde y almuerzo\u2014 para cerca de 92.000 estudiantes<\/strong> beneficiarios. La operaci\u00f3n est\u00e1 a cargo de cinco operadores<\/strong> y se estructura por subregiones<\/strong>, con el fin de optimizar la supervisi\u00f3n y garantizar el cumplimiento de los est\u00e1ndares de calidad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Karla Tatiana Garc\u00eda M\u00e9ndez<\/strong>, psic\u00f3loga y profesional de apoyo del Componente Social del PAE Huila, explic\u00f3 que cada municipio cuenta con un supervisor de campo<\/strong> encargado de realizar inspecciones y verificar la calidad e inocuidad de los alimentos. \u201cSi los padres o la comunidad identifican alguna falencia en la prestaci\u00f3n del servicio, deben comunicarse con el supervisor de su zona para reportar la situaci\u00f3n. Esto permite escalar los casos y dar respuesta oportuna\u201d, indic\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La funcionaria tambi\u00e9n record\u00f3 que en cada instituci\u00f3n educativa operan los Comit\u00e9s de Alimentaci\u00f3n Escolar<\/strong>, espacios donde los padres, docentes y estudiantes pueden expresar sus inquietudes o sugerencias con el objetivo de mejorar la operaci\u00f3n del programa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Finalmente, los ciudadanos pueden presentar quejas, peticiones o reclamos<\/strong> al correo electr\u00f3nico sedpaehuila2025@sedhuila.gov.co<\/a><\/strong> o acudir directamente a la oficina del PAE<\/strong>, ubicada en el s\u00f3tano de la Gobernaci\u00f3n del Huila<\/strong>, en Neiva.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
