Con este caso, la organizaci\u00f3n contabiliza <strong>17 masacres en Colombia<\/strong> durante lo corrido de 2026.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El primer hecho tuvo lugar hacia las <strong>2:00 de la tarde<\/strong> en la <strong>vereda El L\u00edbano<\/strong>, donde hombres armados ingresaron a un establecimiento p\u00fablico y atacaron a los presentes, dejando como v\u00edctimas a <strong>Luis Luj\u00e1n Jurado L\u00f3pez<\/strong> y a otra persona a\u00fan sin identificar. Horas despu\u00e9s, se registr\u00f3 un segundo ataque en el <strong>centro poblado de Gallardo<\/strong>, donde murieron <strong>Eleazar Ram\u00edrez Ram\u00edrez<\/strong> y <strong>Jorge Adri\u00e1n Arredondo<\/strong> tras ser atacados mientras se encontraban en una panader\u00eda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De acuerdo con la <strong>Defensor\u00eda del Pueblo<\/strong>, la zona hab\u00eda sido incluida previamente en las <strong>alertas tempranas 013 y 001 de 2025<\/strong>, que advert\u00edan sobre la <strong>disputa territorial entre estructuras armadas ilegales<\/strong>, entre ellas las <strong>disidencias del Frente Rodrigo Cadete<\/strong> y grupos delincuenciales locales. Estas din\u00e1micas, se\u00f1al\u00f3 la entidad, <strong>aumentan el riesgo para la poblaci\u00f3n civil<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Las autoridades locales y la <strong>Fuerza P\u00fablica<\/strong> adelantan las investigaciones correspondientes para esclarecer los hechos y determinar la identidad y motivaciones de los responsables.
