Seg\u00fan el fallo, la imprudencia del conductor fue determinante en el accidente ocurrido el 23 de marzo de 2023, en la calle 4 con carrera 7 del centro de la ciudad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De acuerdo con la investigaci\u00f3n, Claros Sarmiento inici\u00f3 la marcha del colectivo sin cerrar la puerta, cuando las pasajeras a\u00fan no hab\u00edan ingresado de manera segura.
