El pr\u00f3ximo 13 de mayo<\/strong>, Neiva ser\u00e1 el punto de encuentro de productores, comercializadores, investigadores y expertos del pa\u00eds en el marco de Pasi\u00f3n Pasifloras Regiones Colombia 2026 \u2013 \u201cInnovaci\u00f3n Regional con Destino Global\u201d<\/strong>, un evento que busca fortalecer la cadena nacional de pasifloras y proyectar su desarrollo hacia los mercados internacionales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La cita se desarrollar\u00e1 en el Centro de Negocios Huila E de la C\u00e1mara de Comercio del Huila<\/strong>, con el apoyo de la Gobernaci\u00f3n del Huila<\/strong>, y reunir\u00e1 a actores clave del sector para promover la transferencia tecnol\u00f3gica, la innovaci\u00f3n productiva y la expansi\u00f3n de cultivos como granadilla, maracuy\u00e1, gulupa y cholupa<\/strong>, esta \u00faltima con denominaci\u00f3n de origen<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

El encuentro llega en un momento de reactivaci\u00f3n del subsector de las pasifloras en el Huila<\/strong>, tras varios a\u00f1os de afectaciones por enfermedades, plagas, cambios de uso del suelo y variabilidad clim\u00e1tica. Actualmente, cultivos como la granadilla y la gulupa muestran signos de recuperaci\u00f3n en zonas tradicionalmente productivas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

En este contexto, la Gobernaci\u00f3n del Huila financia un proyecto de ciencia y tecnolog\u00eda<\/strong> orientado a la resistencia gen\u00e9tica al hongo Fusarium spp.<\/strong>, causante de la \u201csecadera\u201d, una de las principales amenazas de los cultivos. La iniciativa, desarrollada en conjunto con Agrosavia<\/strong>, el SENA<\/strong> y la Universidad Nacional Abierta y a Distancia (UNAD)<\/strong>, busca recuperar la productividad y sostenibilidad de las pasifloras en la regi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

El creciente inter\u00e9s del mercado europeo<\/strong> por estas frutas representa una oportunidad estrat\u00e9gica para el Huila, que cuenta con condiciones agroclim\u00e1ticas \u00f3ptimas para abastecer la demanda internacional. Por ello, el evento impulsar\u00e1 el desarrollo tecnol\u00f3gico, la sostenibilidad y la competitividad del sector.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
