{"id":94238,"date":"2026-02-21T04:32:00","date_gmt":"2026-02-21T09:32:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/editor\/?p=94238"},"modified":"2026-02-21T04:32:01","modified_gmt":"2026-02-21T09:32:01","slug":"recibidos-ciudadanos-deportados-de-estados-unidos","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/editor\/recibidos-ciudadanos-deportados-de-estados-unidos\/","title":{"rendered":"Recibidos ciudadanos deportados de Estados Unidos"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>La <strong>canciller de Colombia, Rosa Villavicencio<\/strong>, encabez\u00f3 la recepci\u00f3n de <strong>110 ciudadanos<\/strong>, incluidos <strong>seis menores de edad<\/strong>, que fueron deportados desde <strong>Estados Unidos<\/strong> y llegaron al pa\u00eds en un vuelo humanitario gestionado por el Gobierno nacional, inform\u00f3 el <strong>Ministerio de Relaciones Exteriores<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cQueremos que sepan que todas y todos son bienvenidos. El presidente <strong>Gustavo Petro<\/strong> ha reiterado la importancia de que quienes enfrentan situaciones dif\u00edciles puedan retornar a casa sin miedo ni calamidades\u201d, expres\u00f3 la ministra Villavicencio, citada en un comunicado oficial.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La canciller destac\u00f3 que el Estado colombiano ofrece a los retornados <strong>acompa\u00f1amiento humanitario, orientaci\u00f3n psicosocial, apoyo migratorio y tr\u00e1mites de regularizaci\u00f3n<\/strong>, con el fin de facilitar su reintegraci\u00f3n. \u201cNo debemos ver este retorno como un fracaso, sino como un nuevo comienzo. Su pa\u00eds y sus familias los reciben nuevamente\u201d, a\u00f1adi\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Villavicencio record\u00f3 que en enero se firm\u00f3 un <strong>acuerdo bilateral entre Bogot\u00e1 y Washington<\/strong> para realizar alrededor de <strong>20 vuelos humanitarios<\/strong>, a raz\u00f3n de <strong>uno por semana<\/strong>, con el prop\u00f3sito de facilitar el traslado de personas con resoluciones de expulsi\u00f3n emitidas por las autoridades estadounidenses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El convenio marca la normalizaci\u00f3n de las repatriaciones, interrumpidas durante un a\u00f1o por una crisis diplom\u00e1tica tras la negativa del presidente Petro a recibir un vuelo con deportados que, seg\u00fan denunci\u00f3, no estaban siendo tratados con dignidad. En respuesta, el entonces presidente estadounidense <strong>Donald Trump<\/strong> impuso aranceles del 25 % a productos colombianos y suspendi\u00f3 temporalmente la emisi\u00f3n de visados, medidas que fueron levantadas posteriormente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Finalmente, la canciller reiter\u00f3 que <strong>Colombia no acepta que sus connacionales sean devueltos esposados<\/strong>, al tratarse de personas con situaci\u00f3n migratoria irregular y no de car\u00e1cter criminal.
