{"id":94244,"date":"2026-02-21T09:59:36","date_gmt":"2026-02-21T14:59:36","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/editor\/?p=94244"},"modified":"2026-02-21T09:59:37","modified_gmt":"2026-02-21T14:59:37","slug":"mas-de-300-excarcelaciones-en-venezuela-por-ley-de-amnistia","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/editor\/mas-de-300-excarcelaciones-en-venezuela-por-ley-de-amnistia\/","title":{"rendered":"M\u00e1s de 300 excarcelaciones en Venezuela por Ley de Amnist\u00eda"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>La Justicia de <strong>Venezuela<\/strong> acord\u00f3 las <strong>primeras 379 excarcelaciones<\/strong> tras la entrada en vigor de la reci\u00e9n aprobada <strong>Ley de Amnist\u00eda<\/strong>, inform\u00f3 este s\u00e1bado el diputado chavista <strong>Jorge Arreaza<\/strong>, presidente de la comisi\u00f3n parlamentaria responsable de supervisar la aplicaci\u00f3n de la norma.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En una entrevista difundida en la web del canal estatal <em>Venezolana de Televisi\u00f3n<\/em> (VTV), Arreaza explic\u00f3 que la <strong>Fiscal\u00eda General<\/strong> present\u00f3 las <strong>solicitudes de amnist\u00eda<\/strong> ante los tribunales competentes y que las personas amnistiadas deb\u00edan ser excarceladas entre la noche del viernes y la ma\u00f1ana de este s\u00e1bado. \u201cAs\u00ed va a ser la din\u00e1mica en los pr\u00f3ximos d\u00edas\u201d, se\u00f1al\u00f3 el diputado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De las 379 solicitudes presentadas, <strong>371 corresponden a Caracas<\/strong>, <strong>cinco al estado Barinas<\/strong>, <strong>dos a Portuguesa<\/strong> y <strong>una a Monagas<\/strong>, detall\u00f3 Arreaza. Adem\u00e1s, la ONG <strong>Foro Penal<\/strong> inform\u00f3 que desde la madrugada de este s\u00e1bado su equipo comenz\u00f3 a <strong>verificar las primeras liberaciones<\/strong> derivadas de la aplicaci\u00f3n de la ley.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La <strong>Ley de Amnist\u00eda<\/strong>, aprobada por la Asamblea Nacional, cubre casos relacionados con hechos pol\u00edticos entre <strong>1999 y 2026<\/strong>, aunque especifica 13 coyunturas particulares, lo que ha generado cr\u00edticas por excluir algunos arrestos y casos vinculados a operaciones militares.
