{"id":94247,"date":"2026-02-21T11:21:29","date_gmt":"2026-02-21T16:21:29","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/editor\/?p=94247"},"modified":"2026-02-21T11:23:13","modified_gmt":"2026-02-21T16:23:13","slug":"gobierno-y-su-recorderis-a-las-eps","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/editor\/gobierno-y-su-recorderis-a-las-eps\/","title":{"rendered":"Gobierno y su recorderis a las EPS"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>La <strong>Superintendencia Nacional de Salud<\/strong> record\u00f3 a las entidades responsables del aseguramiento que <strong>identifiquen, eliminen y corrijan de manera inmediata cualquier barrera administrativa, contractual, operativa o relacionada con la red de prestadores que restrinja el acceso efectivo de los afiliados a los servicios de salud<\/strong>, en cumplimiento de las directrices vigentes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La entidad enfatiz\u00f3 que las <strong>EPS deben garantizar atenci\u00f3n inmediata, continua y sin dilaciones<\/strong>, asegurando criterios de <strong>oportunidad, calidad, integralidad y eficacia<\/strong> en todas las etapas del proceso de atenci\u00f3n de los pacientes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Prioridad para poblaci\u00f3n vulnerable<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>La Superintendencia record\u00f3 que la obligaci\u00f3n de las EPS adquiere mayor relevancia cuando se trata de <strong>poblaciones de especial protecci\u00f3n constitucional<\/strong>, como <strong>mujeres gestantes, ni\u00f1as, ni\u00f1os y adolescentes, personas mayores, v\u00edctimas del conflicto armado, personas con discapacidad y pacientes con enfermedades de alto costo (como c\u00e1ncer, VIH, trasplantes y patolog\u00edas hu\u00e9rfanas)<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Asimismo, inst\u00f3 al cumplimiento obligatorio de la <strong>Circular Conjunta Externa 019 de 2025<\/strong>, que proh\u00edbe trasladar cargas administrativas a los usuarios en los tr\u00e1mites de autorizaci\u00f3n para acceder a servicios y tecnolog\u00edas en salud, y advirti\u00f3 que la inobservancia de estas directrices dar\u00e1 lugar a <strong>actuaciones administrativas y posibles sanciones<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Entrega de medicamentos y tecnolog\u00edas<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>En lo relativo al suministro de medicamentos y tecnolog\u00edas en salud, la Superintendencia exigi\u00f3 un <strong>control estricto sobre la entrega completa y oportuna de los mismos<\/strong>, as\u00ed como un <strong>seguimiento permanente a gestores farmac\u00e9uticos y operadores log\u00edsticos<\/strong>. Las EPS no podr\u00e1n trasladar a los usuarios las consecuencias de fallas contractuales, administrativas, financieras o log\u00edsticas que afecten este proceso.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, en caso de <strong>medicamentos reportados como agotados o desabastecidos<\/strong>, las entidades deben <strong>activar planes de contingencia inmediatos<\/strong>, de conformidad con lo dispuesto en el <strong>Decreto Ley 019 de 2012<\/strong> y normas complementarias, para asegurar el acceso oportuno de los pacientes a sus tratamientos.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La Superintendencia Nacional de Salud record\u00f3 a las entidades responsables del aseguramiento que identifiquen, eliminen y corrijan de manera inmediata cualquier barrera administrativa, contractual, operativa o relacionada con la red de prestadores que restrinja el acceso efectivo de los afiliados a los servicios de salud, en cumplimiento de las directrices vigentes.
