{"id":94375,"date":"2026-02-24T05:10:31","date_gmt":"2026-02-24T10:10:31","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/editor\/?p=94375"},"modified":"2026-02-24T05:10:32","modified_gmt":"2026-02-24T10:10:32","slug":"procurador-y-su-fuerte-llamado-al-presidente","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/editor\/procurador-y-su-fuerte-llamado-al-presidente\/","title":{"rendered":"Procurador y su fuerte llamado al Presidente"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>El procurador <strong>Gregorio Eljach<\/strong> rechaz\u00f3 las declaraciones recientes del presidente <strong>Gustavo Petro<\/strong>, en las que cuestion\u00f3 la legalidad y transparencia de las elecciones legislativas y de las consultas presidenciales programadas para el 8 de marzo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Eljach se\u00f1al\u00f3 que no se puede irrespetar ni cuestionar a las entidades de control que supervisan el proceso electoral:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cCon la honra de nosotros no va a jugar nadie, por presidente que sea [\u2026] Aqu\u00ed tienen que respetar las competencias del Ministerio P\u00fablico. Nadie puede jugar con la honra ajena por un tuit que qui\u00e9n sabe en qu\u00e9 estado mental estar\u00eda el hombre en ese momento\u201d, afirm\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El jefe del Ministerio P\u00fablico inform\u00f3 que ma\u00f1ana se reunir\u00e1 con el registrador nacional, <strong>Hern\u00e1n Penagos<\/strong>, y el contralor general, <strong>Carlos Hern\u00e1n Rodr\u00edguez<\/strong>, para revisar las acciones relacionadas con la jornada electoral.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cSi encontramos algo indebido, lo diremos. Si encontramos, como hasta ahora no hemos encontrado, que todo est\u00e1 en orden, diremos que est\u00e1 bien\u201d, explic\u00f3 Eljach.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hasta el momento, el procurador indic\u00f3 que no se ha hallado evidencia de irregularidades o fraude, tal como lo hab\u00eda insinuado Petro en varias ocasiones.
