{"id":94411,"date":"2026-02-25T04:31:47","date_gmt":"2026-02-25T09:31:47","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/editor\/?p=94411"},"modified":"2026-02-25T04:31:48","modified_gmt":"2026-02-25T09:31:48","slug":"gobierno-y-su-gabinete-firmo-solicitud-de-constituyente","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/editor\/gobierno-y-su-gabinete-firmo-solicitud-de-constituyente\/","title":{"rendered":"Gobierno y su gabinete firm\u00f3 solicitud de Constituyente"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Durante el <strong>Consejo de Ministros<\/strong> realizado este martes 24 de febrero, el presidente <strong>Gustavo Petro<\/strong> y su gabinete firmaron la <strong>solicitud para convocar una Asamblea Nacional Constituyente<\/strong> en Colombia, con el fin de promover cambios estructurales en el pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Entre los funcionarios que acompa\u00f1aron la firma se encuentran la directora del <strong>Departamento Administrativo de la Presidencia (Dapre)<\/strong>, <strong>Nhora Mondrag\u00f3n Ortiz<\/strong>; el jefe de despacho, <strong>Jos\u00e9 Ra\u00fal Moreno<\/strong>; y los ministros de Minas, <strong>Edwin Palma<\/strong>; Educaci\u00f3n, <strong>Daniel Rojas<\/strong>; Vivienda, <strong>Helga Mar\u00eda Rivas<\/strong>; Cultura, <strong>Yannai Kadamani<\/strong>; Comercio, <strong>Diana Morales<\/strong>; y Hacienda, <strong>Germ\u00e1n \u00c1vila<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El primero en respaldar la iniciativa fue el <strong>ministro del Interior, Armando Benedetti<\/strong>, quien la semana pasada public\u00f3 su firma en uno de los formularios de recolecci\u00f3n, convirti\u00e9ndose en el primer miembro del gabinete en hacerlo p\u00fablicamente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Con la firma del presidente Petro, el Gobierno <strong>oficializa el inicio de la recolecci\u00f3n de firmas ciudadanas<\/strong>, con el objetivo de reunir <strong>2\u2032050.000 apoyos<\/strong>, equivalentes al <strong>5 % del censo electoral nacional<\/strong>, requisito para presentar la propuesta ante las autoridades competentes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El presidente Petro ha defendido esta convocatoria al considerar que existe un <strong>bloqueo institucional<\/strong> que ha impedido el avance de sus <strong>reformas sociales y proyectos clave<\/strong> en el Congreso.
