Seg\u00fan el Observatorio de Seguridad Vial de Neiva, en enero de 2026 se registraron 27 siniestros viales, cinco m\u00e1s que en enero de 2025, lo que representa un aumento del 28,57 %.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Las cifras tambi\u00e9n muestran un incremento preocupante en v\u00edctimas. En enero del a\u00f1o pasado se reportaron 41 personas afectadas, mientras que este a\u00f1o la cifra subi\u00f3 a 61, es decir, un aumento del 48,8 %. Los fallecimientos pasaron de 3 a 7 casos, y los lesionados de 27 a 37.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Las comunas Seis, Cinco, Cuatro y Tres concentraron m\u00e1s del 70 % de los casos reportados durante el mes. Tambi\u00e9n se registraron muertes en las comunas Diez, Seis, Cuatro y Nueve, adem\u00e1s de la zona rural. En la mayor\u00eda de estos estuvieron involucradas motocicletas. Los atropellos y las ca\u00eddas de ocupante tambi\u00e9n tuvieron participaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Las motocicletas contin\u00faan encabezando el listado de infracciones de tr\u00e1nsito, principalmente por incumplimientos en revisi\u00f3n tecno mec\u00e1nica y estacionamiento en sitios no permitidos.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La siniestralidad vial en la capital huilense comenz\u00f3 el a\u00f1o al alza.
