Un grave caso de vandalismo afect\u00f3 la movilidad de la capital huilense tras el hurto de controlador semaf\u00f3rico en Neiva<\/em>, ocurrido en la intersecci\u00f3n de la carrera 1 con calle 64, en el barrio Chical\u00e1. El robo dej\u00f3 completamente fuera de servicio este importante cruce vehicular, generando congesti\u00f3n y riesgos para peatones y conductores.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La Secretar\u00eda de Movilidad<\/strong> confirm\u00f3 que personas inescrupulosas sustrajeron en su totalidad los equipos del gabinete que regula el sistema semaf\u00f3rico, impidiendo el funcionamiento del cruce y obligando a suspender su operaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Los controladores semaf\u00f3ricos<\/strong> son dispositivos electr\u00f3nicos esenciales que programan y sincronizan los tiempos de luz roja, amarilla y verde. Sin estos equipos, los sem\u00e1foros no pueden operar, lo que representa un grave problema para la seguridad vial.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

El valor estimado de los elementos hurtados asciende a 60 millones de pesos<\/strong>, y su reposici\u00f3n ser\u00e1 un proceso complejo, ya que los equipos deben ser importados<\/strong> al no existir disponibles en el mercado colombiano. Este procedimiento podr\u00eda tardar varias semanas, seg\u00fan inform\u00f3 la cartera de Movilidad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

El ingeniero Felipe Salazar<\/strong>, de la Central de Gesti\u00f3n de Tr\u00e1fico de la Alcald\u00eda de Neiva, explic\u00f3 que los elementos robados son exclusivos para intersecciones semaforizadas, por lo que no tienen utilidad comercial. \u201cEl controlador de tr\u00e1fico era el componente principal que gestionaba los movimientos vehiculares\u201d, indic\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La Administraci\u00f3n Municipal interpuso la denuncia ante las autoridades competentes<\/strong>, con el fin de identificar a los responsables del hurto de controlador semaf\u00f3rico en Neiva<\/em>, un hecho que afecta directamente la seguridad vial.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

El profesional de Seguridad Vial Wilson Trujillo<\/strong> exhort\u00f3 a la ciudadan\u00eda a reportar cualquier acto sospechoso o de vandalismo llamando al 123 de la Polic\u00eda Nacional<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
