a Secretar\u00eda de Educaci\u00f3n Departamental del Huila<\/strong> contin\u00faa adelantando espacios de formaci\u00f3n dirigidos a los docentes orientadores<\/strong> de las instituciones educativas oficiales de los 35 municipios bajo su jurisdicci\u00f3n. El objetivo: fortalecer su rol protector y promover entornos escolares seguros y libres de violencia<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Durante esta segunda jornada de trabajo, realizada en el Club del Magisterio de Neiva<\/strong>, participaron m\u00e1s de 200 orientadores<\/strong> vinculados al sistema educativo departamental, en su mayor\u00eda contratados este a\u00f1o por el Gobierno Huila Grande<\/strong>. Estos profesionales desempe\u00f1an un papel clave en el acompa\u00f1amiento integral, socioemocional y acad\u00e9mico de los estudiantes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Martha Patricia Obreg\u00f3n, l\u00edder del \u00e1rea de Calidad Educativa de la Secretar\u00eda, destac\u00f3 que los encuentros buscan fortalecer las funciones de los orientadores<\/strong> a trav\u00e9s de asistencia t\u00e9cnica y espacios presenciales de trabajo colaborativo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cEstamos reforzando su papel como actores fundamentales del proceso formativo, especialmente en la aplicaci\u00f3n de la Ley 1620 de 2013<\/strong>, que regula la convivencia escolar y la atenci\u00f3n de situaciones tipo 1, 2 y 3\u201d, explic\u00f3 la funcionaria.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Asimismo, subray\u00f3 la importancia de que los orientadores trabajen de manera articulada con los rectores, docentes y gobiernos escolares<\/strong>, activando las rutas de atenci\u00f3n y socializando los protocolos de convivencia en cada instituci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cLa idea es que, junto con las capacidades institucionales del territorio, se activen las rutas y se fortalezcan los mecanismos de protecci\u00f3n dentro de las escuelas\u201d, a\u00f1adi\u00f3 Obreg\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La estrategia cuenta con el apoyo de entidades como la Defensor\u00eda del Pueblo<\/strong>, el Instituto Colombiano de Bienestar Familiar (ICBF)<\/strong>, las Personer\u00edas<\/strong> y las Comisar\u00edas de Familia<\/strong>, con el fin de garantizar que la escuela sea un espacio protector, seguro y resiliente<\/strong> para toda la comunidad educativa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
