{"id":94771,"date":"2026-03-04T08:11:32","date_gmt":"2026-03-04T13:11:32","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/editor\/?p=94771"},"modified":"2026-03-04T08:11:35","modified_gmt":"2026-03-04T13:11:35","slug":"miguel-maza-marquez-en-libertad-condicional","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/editor\/miguel-maza-marquez-en-libertad-condicional\/","title":{"rendered":"Miguel Maza M\u00e1rquez, en libertad condicional"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El juzgado 16 de ejecuci\u00f3n de penas y medidas otorg\u00f3 recientemente <strong>libertad condicional<\/strong> al general retirado <strong>Miguel Maza M\u00e1rquez<\/strong>, exdirector del DAS (Departamento Administrativo de Seguridad), condenado a 30 a\u00f1os de prisi\u00f3n por el homicidio del candidato presidencial <strong>Luis Carlos Gal\u00e1n<\/strong>, ocurrido en agosto de 1989.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Aunque la decisi\u00f3n judicial fue tomada el viernes pasado, su ejecuci\u00f3n a\u00fan no se ha producido. Seg\u00fan el registro judicial, ayer en la tarde fue admitida una <strong>acci\u00f3n de tutela<\/strong> interpuesta por Maza M\u00e1rquez, quien argumenta la supuesta violaci\u00f3n de sus derechos constitucionales para que se haga efectiva de inmediato la libertad condicional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Condiciones de la libertad condicional<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La libertad concedida no es irrestricta y tiene varias condiciones:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Maza M\u00e1rquez deber\u00e1 cumplir <strong>11 a\u00f1os y un mes de libertad condicional<\/strong>, lo que pr\u00e1cticamente coincide con el resto de su vida, considerando que en diciembre cumpli\u00f3 88 a\u00f1os.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Debe <strong>depositar una cauci\u00f3n prendaria<\/strong> equivalente a cinco salarios m\u00ednimos legales vigentes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Antecedentes de Miguel Maza M\u00e1rquez<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Maza M\u00e1rquez fue uno de los miembros m\u00e1s poderosos de la inteligencia colombiana, dirigiendo el DAS entre 1985 y 1991, durante los gobiernos de <strong>Belisario Betancur, Virgilio Barco y C\u00e9sar Gaviria<\/strong>. Fue el presidente Gaviria quien finalmente lo removi\u00f3 del cargo, nombrando a <strong>Fernando Brito Ru\u00edz<\/strong> como director civil del organismo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El general fue condenado por <strong>concierto para delinquir y homicidio con fines terroristas<\/strong> en relaci\u00f3n con el asesinato de Luis Carlos Gal\u00e1n. Adem\u00e1s, su nombre apareci\u00f3 en investigaciones del caso <strong>DMG<\/strong>, donde interceptaciones telef\u00f3nicas revelan su participaci\u00f3n en un plan de lobby para influir en decisiones de la Fiscal\u00eda.
